  It is likely that he was not prepared to leave a copy on the server, so by default it deleted messages on the server after you download the WLM.  This is my point of view on what happened anyway.

  Old Windows Mail messages should still be there.  They were previously under c:\users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail under local folders (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm).  I think the upgrade leaves a Windows.old directory and you can try to look into it.  What you want are eml files which are messages.  Alternatively, you can use my free ceml (www.oehelp.com/ceml/) to view them.

  But you will not be able to retrieve them from the server, if they have been deleted.

  First of all, make sure that the entire file does not exceed the limit set by your mail server. Check first with them over the limit.

  Suugestion only:
  Could a right click on the file > Send to > compressed (zipped) folder.
  Now, attach the file zipped e-mail.
  P.S. I think that you should always check with the size of the zipped folder.

  Looks like you're under Photoshop 64-bit, and the printer driver is only 32-bit.  The rest of the CS5 products is 32-bit only.

  Photoshop CS5 also uses cocoa printing API, while the rest of the suite is using the API of Cabon impression.

  You could try to run Photoshop in 32-bit addressing mode (read the information in the application to pass) and see if the printer driver works.

  But above all you must communicate with EFI and get a printer driver that works in 64-bit, Mac OS.

  This can help with the paper stuck in the print queue.

  In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been removed from the queue.

  When cmd appears in the above results, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator". Provide the password/OK for the UAC area and opens a command prompt. At the command prompt, type:

  The print spooler service stops. Fade in all jobs. Physically you can hover over the printer and unplug the unit, wait for about a minute, plug it back. Then go back to your command prompt and type:

  net start spooler [Enter]
