Ring with FaceTime calls problem

I have in the ring when receiving a call on facetime

OK, so what is your question? The telephone does not ring when you receive a facetime call? If that's what you say, you disturb not activated in the settings? You have cut off system sounds? You hear sounds of e-mail notification?

    I have a motorazr2 V9m.

The call will not be displayed on my motorazr2 V9m.

On the phone, I'm calling from the call will ring until voice mail rises.

A voice message on the motorazr2 V9m notification will pop up sometimes immediately or later.

The voicemail notification pop up of time varies. Sometimes it will not show up until you try to make an outgoing call.

I can call the other phone several times and the motorazr2 V9m will not display a call.

I'll try 5 or 6 times before the motorazr2 V9m will show and ringing an incoming call.

I tried this in many places with the same result.

  • Anyone having problems with stacked calls?

I have been stacking create/edit lead and senior partner with external calls to campaign in a single event for years.  Monday, all our calls stacked broke.  Create/change drive call fire very well. The campaign associated with lead call fails.  I can re-run their fine since the error log, which means that the call of the associated driver is fire prior to the initiative to create a call now, OR more probably that the SFDC ID drive is not charged enough faster now for the campaign to create fire.

    All flows into that?

Support confirmed that associate campaign calls are indeed fire before creating lead calls sometimes.  The options are desempilement of your calls or to manually run your failures.

Fortunately, I have a third option that accompanies us.  SureShot created an app for us that allows us to circumvent of Eloqua queue outgoing sync and sync leads in 40 seconds approximately.  We decided to move the lead to create/edit all calls through the app instead.

  • Impossible to make FaceTime calls on iPhone 7 using Siri

I tried to use Siri to do a FaceTime call tonight and gave an unusual error: "I wish I could, but FaceTime is configured with me yet."

I'm able to get Siri to open the FaceTime app, simply cannot access directly from my contacts and apart from this Siri works fine on the iPhone 7, including SMS and regular audio calls.

I tried a FaceTime using Siri call on 3 old iPhone models (5s, 6 + and 6s), all running iOS 10, and it worked properly on each of them, she was with both iOS 9 and 10 on the same model of 6s for the past year, so this leads me to believe it's a problem iPhone 7 (or an individual defective unit) rather than a problem of iOS 10.

I checked a number of settings on the iPhone 7 before coming here:

    • Siri is enabled.
    • FaceTime is activated.
    • Restrictions (general-> Restrictions) are completely shut down.
    • iCloud-> contact is activated.

    Hi there jsf23!

Welcome to Apple Support communities, it's my pleasure to help you with your iPhone 7 issue of Siri is not able to make FaceTime calls.  I use Siri all the time and have his power making FaceTime calls is another great feature.  Looks like you have checked a lot of things I want to check too, if I fell on the same subject.

At any time, that there is a problem with Siri or FaceTime, the first thing I recommend is to restart the iPhone and retest Siri and FaceTime.

Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

If Siri is still underway on issues from a FaceTime call, try to perform a reboot of the force.  Remember, this will be a little different on an iPhone 7.

    • On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 more: press and hold the sleep/wake and Volume buttons down for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Test again and then try to check for updates.

Update the software on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch iOS

    Have a great day!

  • El Capitan OSX Echo for a facetime call

Hi, I upgraded my brother 2010 Macbook Pro 15, but also parents 2012 iMac 21.5 in El Capitan and now when I do calls facetime with them, their microphones seem to be really bad echo. To check if it was a hardware problem or software, I took the road of the iMac (Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB) and put it in a usb enclosure and booted up on my retina iMac 27 inches, which was carried out from Yosemite and doing very well. Loading upward with the Samsung with El Capitan, the sounds of the echo came with the reader.

Everyone gets these annoying echoes and is there a solution? It is certainly linked software as the two systems were well before the upgrade and I tested with a system perfectly executed on Yosemite.

    Hello treeyou,.

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know have an echo in FaceTime on your Mac, it's not what you expect. The following articles will be useful in troubleshooting if this problem more material or related software, as well as in the case of a specific user problem or a system of wide.

    1. first of all, I could test FaceTime on Mac with wired headphones and see if the echo persists. Additionally, make sure that you use the correct options from the Microphone and exit in the FaceTime app open videos menu.

FaceTime for Mac (El Capitan): select which camera or microphone to use

2 test this problem with FaceTime in a new user on Mac, because this will help you narrow down if it is specific to the user or the system-wide.

    See you soon!

  • 6 sec more wifi calling problem

    Hello

I hope someone can offer a solution for the problem I have with wifi-calling.  I would try to explain the problem.   When connected to wifi, when I get a call I hear the first notes of the ring... then stops immediately and I see 1 missed call, then on the second ring once more I heard the first note of the ring, then the phone displays 2 missed calls, that this continues with each ring until the caller hangs up.  Now, it happens not every time, but enough times to be a problem.  Initially, I contacted Apple and worked with a SR. Tech.  Apple has agreed this was a problem (I was at the Genius bar and the technician was able to experience the problem I had).  Apple has agreed to Exchange my phone.  I have install new phone, then restored my content.  Once more, I have the same problem.

Now my wife and all two got the same phone iPhone 6s more 16 G using the AT & T network.  It's nothing wrong with wifi calling.  My thought is that maybe there is an application that is the cause of the problem, but don't know if this is possible.  I tried to google my problem but couldn't find anything which apply.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you, Ken

    Backup your phone to iTunes

Restore like NEW - no backup

  • With FaceTime on the (4th gen) iPad slow after iOS 9.1 update

    Hello

People I called on Facetime on my iPad (4th gen) told me that I seem to be slow when I call them.  This happened after I upgraded my iOS to 9.1 (B 13, 143), and there is no more updates available for my iPad so I can't fix this "bug".

I am convinced that it is a "bug" that I see the person I call clearly and smoothly, even if they can't see me gently.  I then unplug my call and then call the person using once again to start Facetime on my iPhone 5 (with the same version of iOS - 9.1 (B 13, 143)) using exactly the same wifi connection in the same place.  The person I call then confirms that he or she can see me clearly and smoothly.

It is a problem, I need to resolve ASAP because I use Facetime for my meetings and it can be difficult to use my iPhone for long periods of time.

I tested this question several times over several weeks - the problem remains still and I need this problem.  I can not connect a call without having to pay for an incident - and I think that it's a software problem and not a problem for the end user.

Someone of another encounter the same problem and if someone has solved this problem?  Thank you.

Update iOS 9.2 seems to have solved this problem, even if nothing in the report of the correction of a bug that appear to be associated with FaceTime.

  • No voice with incoming calls PAP2T

I bought a LinkSys PAP2T unlocked last year that worked beautifully until a few days ago. Outgoing calls work fine, but I now have problems with incoming calls only.

When I receive an incoming call, the phone rings, but when I pick it up, I can't hear anything and cannot the caller on the other end. After a few seconds, my phone disconnects and begins to beep as if the line is busy. This occurs regardless of who calls me and whther they use a VoIP device or a normal PSTN phone. I have not changed the settings on the router (a Belkin) or the PAP2T, he simply stopped working a few days ago! I have a connection 10MB Virgin Media broadband service for my VoIP provider is Draytel that have verified the account and settings and says it works very well on their test kit.

Since then, I tried just using line 2 and the deactivation of line 1 to do a hard reset of the PAP2T and updated the firmware to the latest version. Even tried to change the analog phone connected, but I still have the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why it suddenly stopped working with anything has been changed and what I might be able to do to fix? The PAP2T is still the title of the 12 month warranty period then maybe she developed a fault?

Thank you very much in advance for all those who can help you.

    Cheers, Vic

For me it looks like the problem of RTP streams - probably, it does not pass the firewall / nat on the path between SIP provider and you.

This may have is that your Belkin router/NAT, or on internet ISP router/NAT enabled SIP ALG (Application Layer Gateway).

If this is the case, you will need to disable SIP ALG on your router or ask your ISP internet to disable on the firewall router.

Another question may have been if you (accidentally) changed the port forwarding on your Belkin router, or the PAP2T local LAN IP address changed and port forwarding is no longer works.

    So my proposals to check:

-check and DISABLE SIP ALG on your Belkin (if the router has this feature)

-check the port forwarding on your router Belkin... IF you set up port forwarding for 5060/61 you MUST set the same for RTP ports (16384-16483)

-If you don't have port forwarding on your Belkin, try before installation of 5060-5061 AND 16384-16483 *.

    * (If this is too many ports, set the RTP on PAP2T portrange to 16384-16394 for example and then forward only go)

-If neither of above of aid, change your SIP Line1 of 5060 for port we will tell 6070 and RTP ports to the beach we'll tell 17300-17310

-Finally, you can do it on your side is to remove all the port forwarding and put the PAP2T to your router Belkin DMZ settings.

  • BlackBerry classic classic My Blackberry does not ring on incoming calls

    Dear Blackberry classic users,

My phone was working just fine yesterday. Until then, it stopped ringing for incoming calls.

I used the medium profile, the strange thing is that, on this profile, the phone warns me on whatsapp messages, text messages, but not sounds on incoming calls.

Then I activated the normal profile and surprisingly he trained the same ringing sound on incoming calls.

Can someone help me with this problem because I use this phone for my office work and not perfom my tasks with this minor problem.

Restart the device by holding the power button for about 10 seconds, through the countdown through the logo, through the Red led and until the logo appears again.

  • My IPhone doesn't ring on incoming calls

My IPhone falls call 10 seconds into the call and it doesn't ring on incoming calls. (the ringer is on)

    Hi Jamescdavis6,

If your iPhone is not sounds to warn you of an incoming call, and you have checked to make sure the ring/silent switch is set to ring, try the following steps:

    • Check your settings do not disturb - if this setting has been enabled, then you will not be interrupted by phone calls.  You have to turn if off.

Use of do not disturb on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    • Check the speaker of your iPhone / material:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch speaker

If you hear no sound from speaker, contact Apple technical support.

    • Check if your iPhone is stuck in headset mode

If your headset does not work with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    • You unplug your headphones, but when you adjust the volume on your iOS device, you still see an indicator of volume of the headphone.

    Take care

  • C410 Photosmart all-in-one with fax series problem

My Photosmart Premium FAX e-ALL-IN-One c410 series does not receive faxes.  It is on the automatic response and the phone rings (with a fax signal), but it does not pick up. Can you help me? I was able to send a fax the other day, but before that was a little more difficult.  I ran the test fax several times and he said: it is spent.
