  There is no automated method to compare the patches applied to two different OH. You must do this manually after the release of opatch. Or if you have control of the grid, then it can help you to compare the level of patch for two different Oracle_home.

  Yes, you can have all under a single vCenter.

  All the features such as HA, DRS and care common to these two licenses, if you do not have to worry about that. A lot of features like DRS, etc e/s of storage storage will be additional in the plu company.

  One important thing to note is that the distributed switch is possible only for the guests of the company more. And for you with just the features that overlap, you can work in all matters.

  Even if you need to use the advanced features, you will need to put the hosts in separate groups.

  I have 11.2.0.3.0 of oracle in 64-bit version of Windows 2003 R2 server, I have my database of production 'Proddb' in archivelog mode, I took the backup hot RMAN at 09:00 and I want to restore this RMAN backup in a new Machine with the new name of the comic "Testdb" at 13:00, between 09:00 to 13:00 many transactions that happened many archivelogs generated...
  Can someone tell me how to restore the RMAN backup in a different machine with the new name of the data base and how to apply these logs archiving that generated between 09:00 to 13:00.

  RMAN will go for it, that's the beauty of RMAN that does not require the intervention of the DBA to power each archivelogs per turn. Just to start the recovery and the next is your controlfile which contain information about your archivelogs sequence. The mechanisim of the application of the archivelogs see this link for details

  This probably means that the pieces are encoded like this in your iTunes library.  There is a parameter called Sound Check.  You need to activate (a check box) in the reading of the iTunes preferences pane.  On the screen of the settings on the iPod, there are the equivalent value to turn on Sound Check.  This allows to adjust the level of sound of the songs, so that they are approximately equal (on average).

  NOTE: This is not enough if a single song has the quiet parts and portions strong, as with classical music.  It does not adjust its level in a particular song.

  On my last job, I had two clusters vmware, using four hosts with HP DL580 servers and the other with two hosts in a HP BLADE system, I don't remember the model.

  So when I tried to move an active VM for clusters to each other, I got an error, so I'm looking here on community and I got the awnser is the reason the hosts had different processors and I can only move this virtual machine, if they are closed. If I can only move cold VM between my cluster.

  So im buying new processors, but I find only Xeon Quad-Core X 5365, I think that it corresponds to that of the X 5470 but with cache and diferrent clock.
