Rocks above 90% CPU utilization every day.

So this is a very recent thing that has started to happen to me, all the Microsoft products that takes place on my Vista just for some odd reason rocks my cpu at over 100%, Windows.exe, Iexplore. I checked for malware, virus on my computer with Norton like Windows Defender and nothing appeared. Please help me? I am running automatic updates so I should have all the updates for my Vista.

I have an Asus N90s, runs Windows Vista Edition home premium 32-bit

    I made the change you mentioned and to my surprise I got the error message and also, with the vi you sent, I took look at it and found that:

    -If I first enter the "folder to save the file', then run the vi and then press on the" data connect "I don't get the error.

    -If I first run the vi, then enter the folder ' save file to "and the hit" the data log on ' I get the error.

    I also tried with the vi original (without the connection shiftregister in the case of false and init for removal) and which gives the same result as above. If I get the

    error message and choose stop the vi, start the vi again once I don't get the error because the folder in which the file is entered. This issue appears only when there is no file «»

  • Update fails and KB955759 installs every day

    Every day when I turn my computer off it wants to install the update above.  Every day when I turn it on the yellow shield are on and tells me to install the KB055759 update.  I have run the fix it program and it breaks down, I tried to make a fix auto and he says back up the registry I did so I can't figure out the next step.  Microsoft Web site is like a dog chasing its tail, it never quite gets to the solution.  I was looking for the help of Visual Basic 500 times and never found files.  For the money you people are doing, you might make this a bit simpler or better yet do to make it work. Have had constant problems with the browser to IE because I removed AVG.  Have now made a part of this program is still running into problems of brower causing, I stop every day with microsoft fix it tool but the next time I put on the computer, he's back.  Any suggestions?

    You can try to reset the browser to its default values remove all addins "toolbar" etc. which could cause problems... U did not mention what version of Internet Explorer, you use so I hope you can get the gist by using the link above.

  • Why does VSSVC.exe run every day?

    Out & about once every few days VSSVC.exe & TrustedInstaller.exe will start running. It usually takes only 30-50% of my CPU unless I'm doing something else at the same time. As a result, I find generally that, under 'System Restore', a new restore point has been created. I also found what is VSSVC.exe & that this probably meant that my computer had a 'system' update & so was do a restore point for that. I'm assuming that "System updates" are different from "Windows Updates" since I was those value only notify & never automatically download or install. In addition, I did have a "Windows Update" in a few days which also proves that it is something different. A few minutes ago VSSVC.exe started running again with TrustedInstaller.exe & took a few minutes to finish as usual. However, while they inspected "System Restore" I found that the last created restore point was about 3 days ago, even though these two process turned a few minutes ago. So now, I have a few questions I need to answer.

    1: What are the "system updates"?

    2: If in fact they are the same that "Windows Updates" that are normally downloaded & installed, why am I not notified of them in advance?

    3: can I plan "system updates"?

    4: can I plan when the System Restore Points that are created from VSSVC.exe?

    5: If all my current assumptions are bad, what in fact is happening really?

    On a final note, I should mention that I have indeed update my Microsoft Security Essentials every day. Although VSSVC.exe is not following this model is why this whole situation left me speechless. I perform analyses of viruses once a week who are always clean, apart from the question I mentioned that my computer runs great.

    As mentioned it is part of the snapshot service that is used by restoring the system as well as protection of system files and the "previous file" feature.

    Restore points are created automatically when changes to the system.

    We have SSAUDIT enabled in the essbase.cfg file. When we look at our .alg file, it appears that audit records start over every day. For example, Monday, the first record on the .alg will read:

    Journal of updates of the user [pedersoa@DEV OID] starting at line [1] for a Total of [10] lines.

    The next day (Tuesday) the .alg file in ADDITION to the records of the previous day:

    Journal of updates of the user [pedersoa@DEV OID] starting at line [1] for a Total of [6] lines.

    In simple terms, it looks like the .alg file "RESETS" every day which makes an impossible audit over the long term. So basically what we have is a file .alg with thousands of lines of audit that restarts every day.

    How can I get the .alg DO NOT reset file every day?

    Whenever I have begin to macOS, I get a window of "Scan-from-PC. It does list some scanners and does not include the option Add / Remove. There is a "Scan of operating Panel settings" button which takes me for a nearly identical and all as useless screen. And there is a? Help button that signals "the subject is currently unavailable.

    Any suggestions on how I can do this, go far? Granted it's only a click, but it's a nuisance that I get to enjoy every day.

    Uninstall the scanner software - it doesn't seem to be compatible with macOS Sierra.

    These issues can be caused by Sync, so if you use Sync and then better is to disconnect Sync at the moment.
