  Newer versions of oracle have implemented a great new technology to help solve problems, called "error messages."  Unfortunately, I can't find any reference to an error message named 'is no longer able to connect.

  And why you are moving your site from inventory?  When you have installed oracle, he put the inventory where he wanted.  There is no reason to try to change or replace.

  More than likely the XP box is behind a firewall/router which does not pass traffic GRE protocol 47 . You can test the VPN PPTP link by running the test detailed in the traffic VPN PPTP Ping and secitons on this page.

  I erased the APIC servers configuration using "eraseconfig setup. I did this several times before and I've never had problems.

  Today, I followed the same process as before and rebuilt the cluster, but now I am unable to connect to the user interface. I get the following error of three servers:

  Access the console or the kvm to each controller APIC MMIC.

  Please try to connect to all the APICs 3 using the 'rescue-user' user name.  There should be no password because you have disabled the configuration...

  After scoring in each APIC, run and screen captures the output of the command 'acidiag avread'.

  Please reach the exits in your answer or check and verify the name of "tissue" on each APIC. They must match.  If not, you will need to "configuration eraseconfig" each APIC again and configure the APICs via the initial configuration script.

• Unable to connect to the VPN from work

  Hello

  I read in some previous posts, but were not lucky enough to connect to the company VPN to work.  I can sucessfully connect using a mobile wireless dongle (which uses the mobile network) connected to my computer.  I tried to make sure that everything works.  Unfortaunately I can't conect to work through my LAN VPN server wireless at home.

  I use WRT54G2 linksys router wireless and you have activated the VPN options.

  I ping the VPN server, but I can't connect.  I think that it is unable to authenicate, keep trying, and I just cancel it after a few minutes.

  Any ideas?   It's the router or it could be my access provider (iinet) that block the VPN somehow?

  Finally he got to work!

  The problem was due to the modem.  It was blocking the port 500udp.  After configuring my modem to enable port forwarding I could access my work intranet via VPN.

  I have a Belkin MODEL of MODEM ADSL2 + # F5D5730au

  I'm on Sierra, iOS macOS 10 and Mac OS Server 5.2 (on a Mac mini).  (All dated September 21, 2016)

  Because PPTP is no longer supported, I am trying to create L2TP.  Unfortunately, when I try to connect to the server, I get the error "the VPN server has failed. Please check the server address and try to reconnect. »

  I do not think it is a problem of networking: back to my Mac is not enabled, the appropriate ports are transmission (UDP 500, 1701, 4500) and server says that the service is accessible.

  When I check the logs from the server after a connection attempt, I find:

  -Check that the folder/etc/racoon exist and the folder contains psk.txt and racoon.conf.

  Has anyone seen this error before in Cisco TMS? I have not had anything change on my pc or in the environment, I am aware of... I am sailing to the system > Provisioning > users and this is where I get the error and has no user information.   Have you checked that TMSPE service is running?

  Can connect to the SQL database of it is?  Use the tools of TMS on the server to check.

  What version of Java, the TMSPE and the MSDS you are running on the server?

  In your case, the password has been changed and this has changed the hashed password that is stored in the table. When you have provided the initial password, the FND_WEB_SEC hash and compares with the hashed value and it returns N because the hash values do not match.

  Can U please tell me how this change in the hash if no users changed the password earlier?

  It represents the value has changed because the password has been changed or the hashed value has been changed manually.

  First of all, security levels don't matter when it comes to traffic-vpn - all traffic in both directions is allowed without restriction as long as sysopt-permit vpn connection is present in the config (default).

  Secondly, when you applied the filter-vpn functionality, ACL works for traffic in both directions, i.e. you explicitly allow traffic in both directions in this single ACL.

  These vpn filter ACL is a little special ACL, cause it is written from the perspective of the (client) remote site, but should include entries for both directions. You can take a look here (or elsewhere)) on how it works:
