  You can check if there is information in Event Viewer which may help us to solve the problem:

  What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)?

  You can also temporarily disable the security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

  Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

  Systemprotector.exe seems to be an associated process of Advanced System Optimizer. If you have installed any Advanced System Optimizer, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the same and check if it helps.

  hiughkhk, I assume you are using windows 7 or newer.

  Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - location of the folder in your computer and delete the file named "sniffer" and try to launch the Photoshop CC 2014.

  If you are still having the same problem, please provide newspapers in the event viewer for Photoshop.

Operating system is Windows 7.  Shortly worked ok then got message "PES 11 has stopped working".  I try to open the file of Orginizer in the Expert editor and only a screen empty now.  Tried all three ways to open in the editor.  (Works fine in PSE 9).  What other information do you need to fix this?  This is the second time that this has happened.  The first time I think that he corrected with any action on my part.
