  You can check if there is information in Event Viewer which may help us to solve the problem:

  What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)?

  You can also temporarily disable the security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

  Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

  I'm having a problem with my desktop icons.  The first time, I use a desktop icon to enter a site when I first you register my lap top everything works but when I close the site and try to open another icon on my desktop, icons no longer highlight or open.  This just started today.  Ran a comprehensive analysis with Norton 360, but he found nothing.   • Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Set to "Full control" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
    • [System drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\
    • [System drive]: \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\
  • Restart the computer.

• Photoshop elements 11 editor has stopped working message

  Installed PES 11. Operating system is Windows 7.  Shortly worked ok then got message "PES 11 has stopped working".  I try to open the file of Orginizer in the Expert editor and only a screen empty now.  Tried all three ways to open in the editor.  (Works fine in PSE 9).  What other information do you need to fix this?  This is the second time that this has happened.  The first time I think that he corrected with any action on my part.

  I have a Lenovo Edge 15 (got 11/03/15). Recently, when using SKYPE, making a video call, a box has developed indicating that RTFTrack has stopped working. The screen becomes white, then the computer crashes. So my call is disconnected, my computer restart and I have to log in again, open SKYPE, etc. What happened 5 times in the last three weeks. What can I do to fix this?

  Apparently RTFTrack is from Realtek Semiconductor and RTFTrack appears in my Start Menu and begin to start my computer.

  I updated my driver of the camera from the 20/03/15 update driver on Lenovo's Support page for my 15 Edge and the problem has not yet appeared. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

  Please follow the directions to see if your HP LaserJet service is running or disable them below.

  1. type msconfig in run or search programs and files

  2. click on the Services tab

  3 find HP LaserJet Service and see said "operational" in the status column

  4 disable this service.

  You should see the error message disappears.
