  Maybe you will need to follow the instructions more closely.  If your repeatedly said 'NO', how it's supposed to run checkdisk?

  2. Right click on the hard drive you want to check, and then click Properties.

  3. Click on the Tools tab, and then under error checking, clickCheck now. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  First of all, forget the variable approach.

  Sometimes the merger gives unexpected (and unwanted results) - especially if there're alias presentation, duplicate name conflicts, and business models. If it is not too late, I suggest you use Import instead merger, too, preferably starting with a new RPD file. This would allow you to bring elements piece by piece and I hope that you would identify the problem.

  In addition, depending on the size - it is sometimes preferable to simply reproduce or missing parts. I hope it's useful.

  Also, I forgot to say - import is obsolete and not supported. They suggest you use extract project and merge. If the merger is not working for you and import is not an option - maybe you could try to project.
