  I'm trying to use VCO SSH plugin to run certain commands on my host.
  Connection works fine and orders such as availability, hostname work too.
  What I want to do is to run the command mkdir create some folders, but it still fails (IE mkdir \vswp\volumes\myvol\mydir)

  What I ultimately want to achieve is to clone the disks with vmkfstools

  Any thoughts?

  If you try to create folders on linux/ESXi, please note that you should not use ' \ ' but ' / '.

  What is the way of interacting ssh vith help API and application plink to run commands on a C20 looged as an administrator?

  I am able to execute commands as root for example to perform a reboot:

  C20.txt:

  echo restart now

  / sbin/reboot

  Output

  I would like to be able to run the commands API but being logged on as admin user.

  What I use in the c20.txt file if the command is recognized?

  Played a little further - and found something that works for plink.

       C:\>PLINK.EXE -ssh testc60 -l admin -pw TANDBERG<>

  where C20. Cotains TXT:

       xcommand boot

       bye

  The "bye" is really useless if the reboot - to do, but if you show other xcommands then unplug the codec at the end of all your orders.

• 'customer support files required' problem connecting using vSphere via SSH tunnel

  I am trying to connect to my ESX Server using the vSphere by tunnel via SSH client. I did in the past, but it does not work now. I am fwding ports appropriate (443, 902, 903) and have done the "hosts" file entry appropriate, as well. When I try to connect, I get the expected certificate error, and when I reject, I get a dialog box saying that I need to download the "required client supports files ', and of course I can't download them from the site vsphereclient.vmware.com while I'm in the tunnel. I'm confused about why I get this message, because I can connect to the ESX Server using the installed version of vSphere, if I directly (i.e. without a SSH tunnel).

  Any thoughts? I am in urgent need of remotely administer my VMs, any help would be most appreciated.

  It turns out that VMWare Workstation is listening on these ports, and PuTTY tunneling is silently failing... so it seems that I connect to my ESX box, but not really. Deactivation of VMware Workstation, Server and the authorization server to fix it.

• Start a virtual machine on Linux using Workstation via ssh and vmrun 10.0

  I have 10 Workstation under Linux of Kali.

  I installed a Windows 7 VM and when I connect to the computer using ssh - X, start vmplayer, it works very well.

  If I connect via ssh and start using vmrun I get operation cancelled.

  I tried this a normal ssh and an X connection using both-x and - XY.

  Or t reader if you use VMware Player instead of VMware Workstation.

  Here are the shots that have not been successfully upgraded when you updated of the pre - 6.2.x 6.2.x firmware (or later).

  # touch .force_snapshots_upgrade
  
  # systemctl restart readynasd

  These shots should then be upgraded and you can then delete the admin web UI.

  The space is recovered only when you delete pictures if the snapshots that you delete contains the only copy of certain data. If the current data or snapshots that you do not delete also contain spatial data not to be released to the top. Also, when you delete snapshots that the system will have to recursively update other snapshots. It can take some time if you have many snapshots.

  Once you have removed all the clichés that you want and the use of volume of less than 80% return, I would say that you then run a balance.

  SSHv1 does not support the password as you can do in telnet. You must be

  running a version of the IOS which supports SSHv2.

• Photoshop Remote scripting via SSH

  I'm trying to get AppleScript scripts to run on a remote server by SSH (using the osascript command line utility). However, whenever I try to do nothing more, I get various Photoshop and/or AppleScript errors that I never get when you try to run the scripts from same exact locally. At the end of the day, I'm trying to run a JavaScript JSON of Applescript arguments passing, called by SSH file. Please forgive the verbosity introduced by the simple initial example.

  I see the same type of errors that I have SSH into a server and do the following manually into a shell after logon, or a ssh command to directly run the power supply (e.g., ssh user@host "osascript /path/to/script.scpt"). From a basic example, I tried to launch the following AppleScript snippet. I tried to enter in osascript handmade via stdin, as writing to a file and call it remotely. Both resulted in no new files being created, but a success message.

  No matter how I try to execute it remotely, I get the 'untitled document' response to osascript, and Photoshop displays a dialog error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

  More specific to what I'm trying to do, I have the following code:

  do javascript("/path/to/local/file.js") with arguments ({"{\"json\"": \"document\",...}) »})

  When I try to run it locally, I never have a problem. But when I run ssh (again, either from the command line or when placing order directly to ssh), I always get the following:

  script error: expected end of the line but found identifier. (- 2741)

  In addition to osascript stop with this error, Photoshop also appears the same dialog error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

  Anyone has any suggestions or ideas regarding how I can get all this work?

  I don't see why not, I install on Redhat/CentOS repeatedly via SSH. Assuming that there are no problems related to Deb, it should be like any other Linux installation.

  No real need of tutorials be honest, if it works then it is just a case of following the on-screen guests, the default values are normally further.
