Cisco SPA504G IP phone system

We SPA504G IP telephony and system of the need to change the voice message from an employee completed and do not have their password.  How to do this?  Thank you

If it's on a race UC500 CME/CUE and the IP address of the service module is available, you can connect to the Cisco Unity Express administration via your browser page.   Log in, go to Configuration > users > find your username.  Pine is the field you want to change in this case, then you can connect to the virtual machine under that user.

    Why the list of those who I follow on Twitter download when I download my phonebook to the car phone system? I have my BB set Z10 so that these twitter contacts are not displayed in the phone contacts! Nevertheless, they go down to the car phone directory? Why?

    Thanks for the question.

    This can be fixed by disabling the synchronization of contacts Twitter.  Open the contacts on the BlackBerry Z10 and wide from top to bottom and open settings.  Turn off Twitter and all the other accounts you want to not see under contacts.

  • I changed my motherboard and processor - can't call the automated phone system

    I changed my motherboard from Gigabyte, MSI and my processor from Intel, AMD (reason - a motherboard issue prevented my hard drive to boot) and since I called the automated phone system. But it says "sorry, your call cannot be completed this time. "Please try again later". and every time I call it is the same thing.

    What should I do?

    Since you have already tried to contact them and are unable to reach, try it.

  • Finger: Cisco VPN or phone lines

    My problem: I have 7 inbound customer calls and 7 telephone lines. On 6 of the phone lines, I see this problem: dial-in is fine, but when the VPN is established, I lose connectivity on the other equipment beyond the router. The phone line works for each client.

    The configuration test (everything is in my lab):

    1 W2K/Exchange Server. DHCP host, IP = xxx.yyy.8.2

    1 cisco 2610 w / NM-08:00-modems, pomp IP = xxx.yyy.8.1

    IOS = PKI/3DES 12.2 (11) T11

    (router & server on Cisco 2950 switch

    7 (identically configured) W2K Pro customers

    7 telephone lines through a telecommunications system

    I know this may be a case of a point of view of router thing, but I would appreciate some suggestions, that I can do for the phone guys because they see this as a problem, in part because the router constantly popping up messages cannot be informative but resemble errors:

    % CRYPTO-4-RECVD_PKT_NOT_IPSEC: Rec'd package not an IPSEC packet.

    The offending address can be a solid connection or not.

    I ran a "debug crypto ipsec" on the 2 guests (a good, a bad); They seem to resemble the map of disconnect and then reconnect to the VPN.

    Search for CRYPTO_4 error and found comments like: "To ensure that routers ACL is mirror images." I only have 1 router and the independent connections pass/fail error seeems.

    "See map of CRYPTO" reveals no difference between clients: the customer who is chatting with the server has the same appearance as the customer who can not see the server.

    I have a little experience of Cisco, but brutally inherited this project. Do not have access to the prior notes Wizard VPN came up with (if there a) and virtual private networks are new to me.

    I have not see this exact problem, but I've seen similar. They way I fixed it was to change the path of switching. Try:

    Group-Async1 interface

    no ip route cache

    no ip mroute-cache

    This AM I had to call my cable company as I had problems with my modem. Of course no one ever answered the phone, so I have to navigate the automated system (press 1 if you are an existing business, etc.). Regardless if I pushed the number keys on the keyboard QUERTY real or those on the touchscreen, automation did not receive my answers. What I'm doing wrong or what is the problem?

    You use the keypad in the phone app? If you use the keyboard of the device or the softkeyboard instead of the in-app dial pad phone I don't know it should make no difference, but something to watch.

    If you were using the keypad, then perform a soft reset and try again. Perform a soft reset by pressing the power button until the unit stops and begins to restart.

  • Problem of SX20 Cisco calling the polycom system

    I have a Cisco Tandberg Telepresence SX20 and I am facing a problem with advertising a Polycom video conferencing system.

    I n few problems with my SX20 but I participate in a videoconference accommodation on a Polycom system. But when I try to call this system, my Tadnberg SX20 displays a white rectangle with "no video in" and a timer.

    My firewall, all ports are open.

    What could be the problem?

    Make sure that your SX20 running a recent version of the software (TC7.3.6 or CE8.1.1) and also the end point of Polycom is up-to-date.

    We had a lot of problems over the years during the call to devices of Polycom and pretty well all the cases, the question was an older version of the software on the Polycom.

    If it's an old VSX Polycom, make sure you're on version 9 (9.0.6.2 recommended) lease, and the Polycom HDX endponts should be at least version 3.1.x (3.1.10 is later).

    I'm new on the Blackberry phone and development. A phone Blackberry contains BOTH memory device & SD memory? Or does have one of the two depending on the model of the device. I noticed 8300 has only the memory of the device. I ask this is because I'm supposed to develop an application that will search media within a Blackberry phone, and so I'm wondering if I need to analyze the file:///SDCard/BlackBerry/ and the file:///store/home/user/.

    Depending on the device, the Application memory does not exist and is simply included inside the memory of the device. This is the case for the Curve 8300 peripheral for example.

    Can someone tell me what the difference between these two systems?  Is there a function on one that I can't use on the other hand?

    GANYMEDE + to start.  No Ganymede on ISE in its current form.  I'm basically transition all the radius user based auth in ISE and keeping from Ganymede ACS auth admin.  ACS no DACL, but only based on user or group membership.  ISE's DACL based on very customizable rules and evaluation of posture.

    I'm looking for, citing the SF302 - 08 p for a customer who will have three small offices interconnected via single-mode fiber. I plan connecting them to a 3560 switch. Each office will have not more than 3-7942 phones. I have reviewed the notes on this switch, and it seems that it should support this type of phone with no problems. Could you tell if you have run into problems of support/reliability with this switch and the 7942 s?

    My concern is that there is;

    • the slight nuances or differences between the configuration of the CLI on the SG300 compared to the range of catalyst.
    • I am also very very slightly concerned post service customer interaction of the TAC and HWC, but these days there is much more to talk between these two support groups cross.
    • Different SKU SFP for fibre-optic connectivity Series GLC for catalyst and set of Construction on 300, although I have no problem with the plug of the GLC SKU of my product in the 300 series.

    The SF302 - 8 p has of a POE budget defined as 62W on all 8 ports or 62 watts / 8 ports = 7.75 watts about which may be drawn from each port.

    Power should not be a problem with the software upgrade to 1.1.1.8 300 series now also supports POE before standard as well as the 802.3af...

    I guess the beauty of buying from a dealer, and keep the packaging, is that you can validate your application.

  • 2901 Cisco Voice gateway + 9 CUCM DECT phones

    One of our locations has 2 lines of POTS that currently have wireless DECT phones. Originally, VoIP phones are provided to be placed there but they wantto use wireless phones. We do no lack of wireless phones, as the wireless infrastructure is designed to support.

    I guess I can connect a Cisco's DECT phone to an FXS port on the 2901 and be able to integrate in the VoIP system? Are there restrictions that I need to look out for?

    This can be done. An analog phone won't have as many features as an IP phone, next to that it will work.

    I have a new ShoreTel phone system will soon.  Configure a dhcp, including option 156 scope which is required for ShoreTel to obtain the configuration on ShoreTel phones and in order to get on the vlan correct voice on the phone.  I also created a new vlan 112 for the vlan voice.  When I plug directly into the Cisco 6513 Core switch, the phone starts fine, it gets its configuration and on the VLAN correct 112.

    We have a training room in which there will be a lot of users.  I ordered 6 Cisco small business 10port SG-300 POE switches for this training room.  I plugged the switch in a cable coming off the 6513 which is just an access port and in the vlan voice I created for phones shoretel VOIP:

    When I plug a phone directly into this cable the phone works very well.  When I plug a cheap cisco POE switch in I can get 3 phones works very well, but due to the amount of energy needed for this cheap a cisco switch it will give only 3 phones power.

    The real problem here is plug into small business cisco SG300-10port POE managed switch.  I thought I could just connect the switch to the port configured above right out of the box and plug in phones without a problem.  When I plug the switch and start plugging in ShoreTel phones, they do not start coming in and upward and actually had a few phones upward but then finally there is no tone and also later, they appear on the screen as a service not available.

    I have to configure a trunk port on a port on the SG300 and the Cisco 6513 for this to work?  Also I will need to VLAN configuration manually on the SG300.  Looks like that when I just plugged it in to the above configured the port on the SG300 it automatically create the vlan 112.

    Any help would be appreciated

  • Bluetooth headset with Cisco IP phones

    Hi all

    A client tries to connect a headset bluetooth Plantronics Savi WT/1 t with a Cisco 7940 IP phone and it seems to work very well when he receives a call and press the button 'phone' at the bottom of the phone. However, he wants to be able to walk outside his office and be able to receive calls by pressing the button on his bluetooth headset but the button is not admissible. Is there a way to configure that? I have the impression that the button on the helmet and the helmet on the IP phone button would somehow be synchronized but I don't see how that's possible. Someone has configured an earpiece bluetooth with a Cisco IP phone and have this feature work?

    To make this work, you would need a number of things;

    -a phone that supports HHC (headset hookswitch control) such as

    Cisco 7942G, 7962G, 7945 G, 7965G, 7975 G

    -the right to work with the Savi Plantronics cable, it would be

    connect to the port on the bottom of the phone and works together with the

    with the HHC funtion (enabled) on the config of the phone in CUCM

    -minimum sr7 CUCM 4.1 (3)

    I can't find the model of Savi, you're connected, but if you could check the exact model

    number/name we could provide more details.
