• Batch sequence to "flatten" static xfa non AcroForm form

  Hello

  I'm looking for a way to flatten a bunch of xfa forms in a batch sequence. The result is exactly the same as printing to PDF.

  I think I used to simply add parameters to the optimizer in the sequence editor and who would do the trick. But now, I get an error indicating that the optimization settings cannot be applied to an xfa form.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  In fact, George I found a solution. These are dynamic xfa forms. I realized that the pdf printer settings has an option to delete the Save as dialogue and by default flat PDFs of output to a location of my choice. I just set the printer as the default printer and run a batch sequence to print dynamic PDF files.

  You need a decent system with lots of memory, because an instance of Acrobat is open for each treated pdf but it does the trick!

  No, you don't have anything else to Acrobat. JavaScript (not Java) is built into Acrobat.

• JavaScript in the batch sequence

  I made some Acrobat scripting but especially by VB and I'm able to write what I need, but I want it as part of Acrobat to my operator instead of the separate program. That said, I want to write a Java script that I can include in the batch sequence.

  I need to add a page at the beginning of a document and I want to have this page be nubered 'a' without disturbing the numbering else where in the file. By simply adding the page initially with the batch sequence, it adopts the numbering of the first page. So, if the first page is numbered as 'i', then the new inserted page is numbered "i" and the rest of numbering of the changes, what was I becomes ii, which was ii becomes iii and so on. I am capable of this VB script by adding the page to the end, renumber them using the SetPageLabels of a Javascript object, then move the page initially.

  Is there a documentation on the use of Javascript in a sequence of batch processing?

  You specify not valid values in the parameter aLabel. The first value should be "D", if you want to use the decimal numbering.

  You will need to Ctrl-click (or right-click) on the Adobe Acrobat Pro.app file and choose Show content. Then follow the rest of the way try67 gave you.

  I had a Satellite L500 Home Premium Windows 7 build 7600.
  Now my problem is that whenever I try to run a batch file it never works properly.
  Even if the code is immaculate. I even tried the files of commands on other computers.
  a reason any the "@" symbol at the beginning of the batch in the off '@echo' code is not fair.
  I get that for almost all the commands I performed.

  "is not recognized as internal or external, command an executable program or batch file."
  Like a week or two ago I was putting "echo." in my lot to create blank lines. Then all of a sudden it stopped working.

  To respond to your request, you must enter the administrator password to access this command file.
  Instructions for Windows 7
  In order to run as administrator, create a shortcut to the batch file.
  1. right click on the batch file, then click on copy
  2. navigate to the location where you the shortcut
  3. right click on the background of the directory
  4. select Paste shortcut
   
  Then, you can set the shortcut to run as Administrator:
  1. right click on the shortcut
  2. Select Properties
  3. in the shortcut tab, click Advanced
  4. check the box "Run as Administrator"
  5. click on OK, OK
  Now when you double-click the shortcut it will ask for confirmation UAC and then run as an administrator (which as I said above is different than running under an account in the administrator group)

  First of all, I suggest you to check the commands written in a batch file. To do the same thing, just right-click on the batch file, and then click change. It will open Notepad with the list of orders scripted for this particular batch file.

  This should work for you-

  Create a batch on your current server (ODI) file and write in the path to the other file of commands on the other server.

  Server2completename/D$/path/yourbatchfile.bat

  Calling your batch file that you created on the same machine... which inturn will call the other on another machine batch file to run the batch client from the ODI.

  Also you can paste errors that you can get... need to check if you get any specific problem related to this.

  Try to use a script to process your PDF as Image, or Image Processor Pro image converter processor.  These script can open a PDF with PDF optrions to circumvent the pop-up.  I opened the PDF in Photoshop.

  I'm not sure what you mean by your first point, but I've linked a KB that tells you how you are able to implement a feature similar to the one you described.

  What concerns your second point, you can create a variable for transmitting data of LabVIEW, TestStand, and then tab Module step that calls the VI you can load the value of the VI in the variable you created. I have attached a screenshot showing an implementation of the present.

  Just to clarify your query in a loop, do you have a subsequence TestStand, you want to call once and then ignore the subsequence for each iteration of the loop after the first call?
