Runtime version

I recently had to reinstall Windows XP.  I used the original supplied with my computer disks.

When you try to download a program previously used I got the following error message: "could not find a version of the runtiime to run this application.  How can I find this "run"? Please, I beg you.  The section on the indicated error message "NET Framework initialization error"

  • Version of the Runtime Version vs LV LV for the needs of NEITHER-SCOPE

    Hello

    I use the PCI-5112. When I look at the material to the MAX he said something like "Using old version.

    I want to upgrade to the latest version, but I'm confused about the requirements for the different versions of NOR-SCOPE.

    For example, in MAX, under the software, I have:

    LV 8.2

    LV DURATION 8.2.1

    LV DURATION 8.0.1

    LV Runtime 7.1

    And for example the version 3.6 OR-scope: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1492/lang/en

    They say Labview 8.2.1

    Now since I have 8.2 and 8.2.1 runtime would be fine?

    Well, I noticed a difference. On the old computer which has the material for versions of NOR-SCOPE, he says:

    OR-SCOPE (IVI) - 3.4.0f3

    OR SCOPE Soft Front Panel - 2.8

    However, on the new machine, I installed NO-SCOPE 3.8.7 and I:

    OR SCOPE TIME - 3.87

    OR SCOPE Soft Front Panel - 3.8

    That seems much more reasonable, since they are the two 3.8. A reason why on the old computer, there is this difference?

    Thanks for the help. See you soon.

    Hi AFolly,

    I checked with Setup for NO-Scope 3.4 and it includes Soft Front Panel version 8.2.1, so what is expected. However, I believe that you must have LabVIEW version 8.2.1 to support properly the version 3.6 OR-scope.

    Best regards

  • Java Runtime for Adobe applications

    I just upgraded to OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan). I was working with an existing for some time operating system (Snow Leopard), because costs associated with the upgrade of software I use every day.

    I went to start 5.5 Adobe Dreamweaver and faced "you must install Java Runtime for OS X.

    Now, I am aware that the Adobe's Flash has been deprecated for a long time now, due to some problems of serious security that you can drive a truck through. The answer is, of course, JavaScript and HTML 5. But so that applications Adobe Dreamweaver work at all, they need Java? Because I understand that there are problems in Java security, too.

    Since I design web pages and also want to ensure the safety of my Macintosh, can someone let me know that this execution for OS X is safe? I do not wish to have Java turned on by default, but I need the code editor for Adobe to get the work done.

    Yes, it's safe. Download the Java runtime version you need here:

    Download Java for OS X 2015-001

    Technically, it is full of security holes, but since at least Mavericks, this old version is automatically prevented by OS X to be used by any web browser. So the only real danger of what faults there will be operated by you if you ran an unknown greater Java application locally on your disk that was written to hurt intentionally.

  • How can I get the Runtime Java pop up to stop?

    I already downloaded and checked the new Java plugin, but am still not allowed to open Adobe InDesign CS5 even after a reboot. How can I fix it?

    Sylvia

    There are two different distributions of Java for end-users: one Apple and Oracle. They do not overlap in function. Neither one is installed by default.

    Apple Java runtime (version 6) is required to run naked jar files and legacy standalone Java applications. Latest Java applications have a built in and do not use any Apple.

    The Oracle Java runtime (version 8 or later) is a web plugin only. It is used to run the web applets and Web Start applications. He cannot run stand-alone applications. To determine if it is installed and updated, look for a tile preferably named "Java" in system preferences. If it is present, open it. It will launch the "Java Control Panel". Select the update tab.

  • installation of Runtime: unknown error on the detailsboite: no details available

    Hi, when I try to install the runtime on one couple other computer on my network I get this error just after the installer finished self-extracting files: a brand of scream in a yellow triangle and unknown error

    I can press OK and close the installer or I can click on details and dragging it in the msg details box I have: no details available

    The closing of the installer and nothing to install.

    I tried to run the autorun of C:\National Instruments Downloads\NILWCVIRTE2009SP1 that burst on screen, but when I want to install the runtime I get the same error box.

    I tried with different account on different computers (local administrator accounts or domain) and nothing don't change I still get this error.

    I tried 2 different version of the runtime later with the same result, but if I install the runtime version 8 it works fine.

    Here is the file 2 I downloaded from the Web site OR:

    NILWCVIRTE901.exe size: 60,058,144 bytes

    NILWCVIRTE2009SP1.exe size: 125,556,832 bytes

    I had this problem too when trying to install a package that has been compiled by wich labwindows 9 includes the standard runtime from the start of installation I receive unknow error, so I think that the error comes from the run-time error.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Runtime 6 on XP/Vista/Win 7?

    I am updating an old windows 98 PC and got a stand-alone application running on the Runtime Engine 6 LabVIEW.

    The runtime Version 6 said suitable for Win95/98/2000, which are all the old framework of the BONE, but I see little mention of the most recent.

    My question is - is that what someone had success to old apps like this works on newer versions of windows or I have to go back to the manufacturer and try and bring to Rescript a version more up-to-date?

    OK, so the answer is Yes mayby!

    The runtime and self-contained VI install fine. The VI compatibility mode needs light to work, but it works very well.

    The only downside is that demand seems to have a memory leak and therefore disappears up its own back after about 2 hours. However, I think it would be very specific applications. Interesting does it on XP and not 98, however.

    So the answer to the original question is Yes it can work.

  • Impossible to install any version of Java 8

    I tried to update my Java runtime version 8u71, and after downloading the installer and open it's nothing past. I thought I would uninstall other versions I've had on my computer, so I did. That has not fixed the problem.

    I also tried JavaRa to remove registry leftover Java files and also used the Microsoft Fix - It tool to try and fix the Installer (the installation program does not appear in the list of programs).

    I CAN install the latest version of Java 7, but Setup for jre8u71 does not open after as I allow it to run. I see the process starts and stops in the Task Manager list of processes. I'm on Windows 8.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I fixed it! After you download a third-party program DirMonitor, I found that my jusched.log file has been constantly updated. After viewing this file, he said that my java.settings.cfg file was misrepresented, so I deleted the file and my Installer worked!

  • Workflow.version returns "undefined".

    Hi all

    How to get the workflow runtime version? Workflow.version is not defined.

    Thank you

    Hello

    You must use workflow.rootWorkflow.version or workflow.currentWorkflow.version

    variable workflow is not the workflow object, but the object of performance of workflow which, by definition, is not a version.

  • detect the version of JavaFX?

    Is there a way to tell what version of JavaFX library I use? Have installed?

    (It's a bit embarrassing that the beta, on Windows Installer says in any case, I've already installed when I try to upgrade to the latest beta version, so I never know. It would also be nice for diagnostic reasons be able to know, by program, but I can't find anything in the documentation of the API.)

    You can run this program:

    import javafx.application.Application;
    import javafx.stage.Stage;
    public class ReportVersion extends Application {
      public static void main(String[] args) { launch(args); }
      @Override public void start(Stage stage) {
        System.out.println("javafx.runtime.version: " + System.getProperties().get("javafx.runtime.version"));
        System.exit(0);
      }
    }

    On my machine, it provides the following result:

    javafx.runtime.version: 2.1.0-beta-b12

  • Pogo is not compatible with Java 7

    Last night I've updated the Java on my computer at 7. Since then I have been unable to play some games on Pogo.com.

    That Firefox has disabled earlier versions, I'm able to play some games.

    XP with FF 13... I refuse to use IE or Chrome.

    I tried all the suggestions here and Pogo, but nothing works.

    All of the plug-ins and extensions are up-to-date.

    Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

    First, uninstall Java 7 Windows Control Panel > Add / Remove programs.

    Then the file you need to install is 6r32 of Java, the most recent version of Java 6, which is always taken in charge (until November 2012 date to switch to Java 7)...
