• The printer door does not shut down after printing

  HP Envy110 model D411c.    I printed out a page, the door opened, the extension arm is released, but was partially blocked. The printed page in the status bar and was recovered, the extension arm retracted, but the printer door has not closed completely.  I printed the pages since then, everything works well except for the door.  It closed partially and stops.  No warning appears on the screen.  I have to close to allow the doors close.   OK, I have a solution thanks to the autonomy and the helpline UK. At least, it works for my desire 120th All In One.

  The door / cover will always return to the position where the task was started. I don't remember to start work with the Panel in the raised position, but apparently I did.

  Solution: With the printer, gently push the door closed. Now print or copy. As the work that started with the door closed, he will return to this position even when the work is completed.

  Looks like a mechanical problem with the dvd player. You may need to replace it.

  I put t know what you mean exactly. hatch giving access to the disk hard but the notebooks THAT HDD is placed at the bottom of the unit.
  You can easily remove the cover that secures the HARD drive Bay to get access to the internal HARD drive

  The ADF begins to pull on a page then stops and says that there is a door open ADF error.  I don't see where this would be. This is the first time I've ever used the ADF, so I can't tell if it worked before or not.  The cover is not closed tight on the glass... which means that there is like a 1/4 "crack all around.  I put the weight down on it and tried again, but which did not help. Any suggestions?

  I understand that you are getting the error ADF door open on your printer. Try following the steps and check them out below:

  Make sure that the doors of the ADF are closed on both sides. Please check the picture below. The red part surrounded by a circle is the ADF door. You can open the door and close the door with little force.

  

  If the problem persists, try to unplug the printer from the power outlet when the printer is turned on. Wait 2 - 3 minutes then turn on the printer and check.
