  You need a greater power to support a PCI-E power connector 6 pin. Try a Corsair CX500, or CX600.   I think you're looking in the root folder not your home folder.   Tilde ~ in front of the first slash indicates the folder.

  Quit Safari.

  Open a Finder window. In the Finder menu bar, click go > go to folder
