  Thanks for all the replies and help with this question. very much appreciated. so it turns out that amd drivers digitally signed they are not digitally signed by microsoft. before installing the drivers, I imported the certificates and thought that should do.  However in Manager devices drivers listed as not digitally signed. Windows 7 64 bit does not load drivers that are not digitally signed BY MICROSOFT. AMD drivers are signed by symantic and geotrust. but not microsoft. Microsoft says its to protect my operating system and the computer. AMD said nothing. Why would they? It would be like to tell everyone running 64-bit windows to go buy a nvidia card. my card would not even post in the pciE slot, he was running on a usb to pci bridge. now, I run test with disabled debug mode. re installed the drivers AMD Crimson and my card is post 3 PciE. 8 x 64 bit. everything works very well. the best this vostro has run yet. even allows me during the clock without any problem. would be nice if these companies could overcome their grudges;. or at least be openly honest about what is causing the problems.   -Restore W7 to the 07/01/16 mode without failure and update of the manual setting W.

  -Go back to Firefox 32, with no updates

  -find something new called firewall W features advanced security and made some slash and burn allowing in there

  I found the answer by looking for other sites, it's probably here somewhere as well.  Restart the computer.  During restart, press "F8".  Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in the start menu.  This fixed the problem of driver in my case.

  If the site says ' driver may be included in your operating system or you may not need a pilot ' then you why that you need? Your camera has a port "output" (probably a micro-USB port)? If you can, just plug the camera into your computer, turn on the camera, and it should appear in your file (e.g. Windows Explorer) Manager. It cannot be labelled as Rebel X camera, but something more esoteric like DCIN or other such lettering which is actually the name of your memory card or other less clearly understood.
