  Let's create our first batch of subscriptions CC for some new staff members and addressing updates for CS5. However, we must stay with CS6 probably for the rest of this year to maintain a coherent art pipeline.

  Just to clarify this point to someone else who is reading:

  The TEA on the client side is automatically installed with the CS6 applications. It is this component that fails to validate my subscription of the CC, causing the application to fall back to request a serial number.

  After a phone call with Abhijit, we discovered that installation of the stand-alone Office CC, before application or after the CS6, allowed the subscription must be validated and enabled software. It seems that there is an important bug, or at least a lack of consideration of the possibility that customers should not have installed CCD. The workaround is pretty much satisfactory for my environment, but I think it could still cause trouble in some configurations more major or educational.

  A useful tip: download the CCD installer here: https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe supports the same command line switches like msiexec, so it is not deployable easily as a MSI file, allows for unattended Setup.

• Problem of serial number for CS4 Web Premium on Windows 10.

  All the programs work very well. They worked very well for months. Recently, however, whenever I start Photoshop I am prompted to enter my serial number or continue the trial version.

  When I go to enter my Web Premium serial number, it will not accept it. He tells me that the serial number is not valid.

  I have access to Adobe Creative suit CS4, Adobe Web Design Premium CS5 and Adobe Acrobat Professional 9 for my mac. I have to restart my mac in the next few days, and I am concerned about the resettlement of these programs on my computers. CS45 and Adobe Acrobat Professional are listed in the history of my product, CC5 is not even though it came in the same package as Adobe Acrobat Professional 9. I'm not sure what I need to do to finish registering Cs5 or something else to get it to appear on my account. When I go to the help section of the any the Web Adobe Design Premium there is an option for the ID Adobe Complete/update, and when I click it need me in Adobe Services log on without completing all of the problems. There has always been a problem with the Setup program. Can anyone do anything to help me with this, so I do not lose access to my programs?

  I have an old WinXP with the first Adobe CS Production Studio Premium I've used for more than six years.

  I recently had to reinstall the system and now I have a facility with serial number error.  The Prod Studio Prem is an upgrade
  the standard of the video Collection. It errors on the screen when it asks for the previous version of AfterEffect and again.

  I had this problem before. Adobe support gave me another number and it worked.

  The strange thing is the installation requires AE 3.0 or later and I am AE6.5. It asks also for still 1.0 or later, and I still have 1.0 and 1.5. If I remember several years back when I called ADOBE support, they said that even if I qualified for the upgrade of the question probably has been with the previous standard AE did not work serial number in the Setup screen. I lost the new serial numbers now and I can't reinstall.
