Same subnet on all the VPN endpoints?

Anyone know if it is possible to have the same subnet on all the endpoints of a VPN tunnel star topology? I need to create tunnels ASA5505 18 back to an ASA5510. Instead of having 18 subnets over there, it sounds more effective for my request just to have one. Sort of a CLOUD (there is that Word) inquiry.

Yes, it must be on a physical interface. Because you cannot configure secondary ip on the ASA, the only approach I can think of, is to set up a trunk according to your suggestion. Unless you use a proxy-arp :).

How to make a portable USB drive use the same drive letter all the time

I have many removable hard drives from Toshiba. Use them for photography. I usually connect simply, transfer photos from the DSLR camera (images raw, very big, not a camera point/rod). When I plug in, computer automatically selects a player... F, g, H: by M or N.

Then, I use Adobe Lightroom for adjustments. Once they are imported into Lightroom it keeps track of this record, they were on.

PROBLEM:

If I unplug the removable hard drive, plug in at a later date, computer can randomly choose a different example M instead of H letter.
LightRoom is so impossible to find photos/images. I would then have to re - import and start any setting completely from the beginning.

Question:
How to direct the computer to select the same drive when I plug in a removable hard drive.

Plug in a hard drive removable, computer selects H:, can I import into LightRoom, I disconnect the removable hard drive, a week later I want to make adjustments more photography, connect the removable hard drive and FORCE/DIRECT COMPUTER TO SELECT H: AGAIN (or whatever of the original letter was).

Same Date for all the photos in the photo gallery

I have over 4,000 photos in the Gallery Windows. I tried to change a group of photos at a time and I accidentally changed them all on the same date. RESTORATION running did not re-establish my photos of the original date.

(a) right click on the file or folder and then click restore previous versions.

(b) click on an item in the list, and then click restore.

I have a Client/Server connection over a network, and I wants to determine if they are part of the same subnet.

The server is installed on one OR cFP-2220, so I can't use all the exec system commands to access network settings.

My code is so far simply determine if the client and server are both on the local host.

FF28 upgrade & all the addons are showing that off, even if they are enabled

Upgrade to FF28 & addons all + userscripts show that disabled, even if they are enabled.

I already tried to delete:
addons. JSON
Compatibility.ini
Extensions.ini

Extensions.SQLite

All that done as a cause of Firefox go in a "reboot several times 50 times more than one by one and each time asked me to manually install each addon. The process took more than 5 minutes and left me very impressed by the ability of Firefox bugs.

End result? I am still sitting with the same problem. All the addons are showing that off, when they are turned on in fact. I cannot change them, uninstalled them or install new addons.

PS. Oh and I write of Sleipnir not Firefox because Firefox has refused to work with the buttons on this page for some reason any (yes I'm allowing scripts in NoScript)
PPS. Oh and my old account here for some reason some refused to open a session, even though I wrote the user name and password and I tried using the user AND email for the login process. Overall, very impressed with the services of Mozilla for now. I really want to move to a different browser.
PPP. I have over 300 tabs open in Firefox, so can't go on the road to reset, because Firefox has no way to record a session.

Honestly, Firefox must be transportable by default. What the point of having a browser that you spent 12 months + customization with 300 + tabs open, if your Windows partition is damaged and you cannot retrieve your tabs because it is installed? I will never use the installed version of Firefox again because it is impossible to save. If I had been using portable Firefox at the time where I could have accessed my XP partition corrupted with Ubuntu live USB, back up the folder and be good to go on my new install of Windows 8. Instead I had to start from scratch. That's what you get for not using of portable software.

This is resolved. The steps that I followed:
1. Ignore all the Internet advice and find a way to do it myself because no one else seems to know anything about Firefox.
2. Save the entire Firefox portable folder making it a 7zip file
3. Disable all addons
4. Download the latest mobile Installer
5. Install using the portable Installer but navigate up to the existing installed cell phone directory
6. Open portable Firefox after updating
7. Update all addons (do not select all again)
8. Restart Firefox
9. Now activate the addons, then restart Firefox
Note: installing addons now I find that I can't add using the button 'Download' for the addon, I have to copy the URL of the button, paste it in a new tab and press enter

Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

What is an effective way to adjust the position of all the clips on the timeline

In one of my projects, I leave cuts on a timeline. And it seems that the position of a few clips has been accidentally changes. I need to have the same position for all the clips. Is there a way to define the position of all the clips in the world - what is the best way to tacke this? Thanks in advance. -renized

Press A key for the track Selection tool. Click the first clip that you want to settle and every item after that will be also selected. You can move them as a group.

If you need clips on more than a selected track, hold CTRL when you click.

VPN site to Site - ASA to PIX - same subnet on the inside

I have a unusual scenario, whereby case I need a tunnel vpn site-to-site between a pix of cisco version 7 and version 8 cisco asa, which have the same subnet ip to each endpoint. Is it possible to create such a tunnel from site to site or do I change one of the remote endpoints?

To allow the traffic through the tunnel when having the same at both ends addressing scheme, you should NAT VPN traffic.

That is to say.

Site a 10.1.1.0/24 LAN

Site B LAN 10.1.1.0/24

The site config:

NAT permit list to access ip 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0

(in, out) static 192.168.1.0 access-list NAT

license of crypto list to access ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0

Site B config:

NAT permit list to access ip 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

(in, out) static 192.168.2.0 access-list NAT

license of crypto list to access ip 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

The idea is that Site A will to 192.168.1.0 translatefd when you go to Site B, and Site B will result to 192.168.2.0 when you go to the Site A.
