Sansa Fuze attached to my docking station

Hello

Initially, I got an iPod touch and he hated. (Due to the process running in the background kills the battery time more so than if I was listening to just mp3s.)

So I just bought a Sansa Fuze for a realitively cheap off a merchant online and I expect to soon.

My question is...

I have an iPod dock which is also a radio and it has the iPod base and the setting of the radio, but also has a cable to THE outputs.

I was wondering if I made a playlist on the Sansa fuze and attached the Sansa Fuze to the iPod via the port dock to THE and kept the playlist on the shuffle affecting all night and when the alarm turns on the time I put to him, I have here would be the songs through the reading list since technically the speakers had to be activated so?

I let just the sansa fuze on the wall charger, I also bought.

I think it would work, what do you think?

Thank you very much for your help.

  • Extremely frustrating mouse double click when you use the docking station?

I have a mobile workstation 15 zbook and love it.  I have a docking station at work and even from one station to the House.

When I plug the docking to the mouse House will be double-click whenever I have one click.  Simple click, I have to quickly move out of the object or it clicks double in each time.   I tried a new mouse, to reduce the speed of double click and is NOT the case on my docking station at work or when the laptop computer use with the mouse connected locally.

It of extremely frustrating and makes working at home a pain rather than productive.

You ask if anyone has seen elsewhere, or have any suggestions?

    Hello @romatlo,

You can recharge your BlackBerry smartphone using these cables, as long as they are the right connection! Do us, however, recommend that official BlackBerry cables because we cannot guarantee that the non-BlackBerry cables will not damage or charge the device.

I have a coming Pro (7130) that I use as a desktop computer. I have a Samsung P2770 HDMI attached bottle and rather than display running in monitor mode system "extend" with the Samsung as a primary monitor. My power settings are as follows: Plugged In (which is the normal state in this scenario):-turn off the display: 1 hour-computer put to sleep: never - put into hibernation after: never - leave wake timers: disable USB - selective suspension: enabled on a fairly regular basis, I'll come, move the mouse and the Samsung will not be recognized... the screen only I have is the display of the venue. I have to switch on the docking station for the external display to be recognized again. The keyboard and mouse (MS new Comfort Desktop) seems to work fine through the USB port docking station in this video failure scenario. I never had this problem on my Win8 Office which replaced the venue. Any ideas or suggestions? AustinTechie

  • Will this work with Sansa Fuze?

I just received an FYI Emerson iC2196 CD Clock Radio with docking station for iPod - as a gift.

I have a Sansa Fuze and this was bought to me because it says no entry to connect iPod and other Mp3 players...

It seems that the "rocket" will link- but I don't want to break anything!

OK - I'm writing this, I went to this Web page:

    http://www.target.com/Emerson-iPod-alarm-clock-radio/DP/B0013AG3DY

I see that it says that it has a line-in for MP3 players - so I guess that means that the dock works only for the iPod - Yes?

Is there a unit similar to this - CD clock (with or without radio) will be also dockable and play the Sansa Fuze.

I'm not very technical on this stuff - so any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Ellie

NEVER plug a Sansa into an iPod dock connector. They may look alike, but they are wired differently. Chances are good that you will FRY your Sansa. If it says "works with other MP3 players", which means that it works by connecting via the headphone jack of your MP3 player, and not the dock connector.

There is a Timex clock radio that has a dock from Sansa. Search for "sansa clock radio timex" on Amazon or similar sites and you should find it easily enough.

  • Satellite Pro L670 - 11 d and Dynadock U10 problem re-docking station

This my first post on this forum - I hope I have the right category.

We have a user with a Satellite Pro L670 - 11 d attached to a port replicator Dynadock U10 USB.

Everything seems fine, except when press us the disconnect button (or select eject Dock) the laptop leaves the great.
However when we try to anchor (for example after a meeting of bureau) it does not recognize the usb connection and docking station won't. We usually have to restart at this point. We are attentive to reconnect to the same usb port.

Has anyone seen this problem and know a fix?

    Thank you

    David

    Hello

Have you noticed this problem only under this Dynadock U10 or perhaps with the external USB HDD too?
In my opinion, it sounds a bit like the issue of the BONE and not like the Dynadock question.

I would recommend this control by using a USB HDD.
Connect the USB HDD to the USB port as well.
Then, disconnect the USB HDD and unplug the laptop HARD drive. Reconnect the HARD drive and check if the HARD drive would be connected again.
If the same thing would happen with HARD drive, you should check the USB port
Maybe the chipset driver will need to be updated

But if the HARD drive is raccorderaient ok and if the question does not seem to be using the HARD drive, then, it would be necessary to check the Dynadock maybe reinstall the Dynadock from the software again.

  • HP ProBook 650 G1: HP 2012 W90 - A7E32AA Docking Station

    Hello

I have recvently had my laptop re-inaged to a 64-bit version of Windows 7 (HP ProBook 650 G1).

I use it with a HP 2012 W90 - A7E32AA Docking Station, with monitor, keyboard and mouse attached.

Since the new image, I can't have the mouse or the keybouard to work with the docking station (the monitor does not work).

The mouse and keyboard work when plugged directly into USB port on the laptop.

I tried to find a suitable driver for the docking via the HP site and google, but all sources lead me in circles and eventually to nothing so far.

I hope someone can help? The new driver may still not solve the problem, but it's a process of elimination, unless someone knows of another solution?

    Thanks in advance,

    CJW

You should not have drivers for the docking... all USB ports on this subject are USB 3.0... Windows 7 requires a USB 3.0 driver. To the person who reimagee your hard drive installing the USB driver 3.0?

Any part of the dock works? It loads the laptop? I see that the monitor work through the dock docking station is not dead.

When the laptop is connected you see evidence of it in the Device Manager?

  • The docking station is friendly with battery

    Hello!

First post here, not the user lenovo at the moment but I'll receive a lenovo R61 with mini dock station.

My question its more general. I heard a lot of time to removed the battery from my laptop when I work in the sector do not overheat and kill the battery life.

To the docking station, stop charging the battery when it is full.

    Thank you.

    Tom

    Tom, welcome to the forum,

The battery stops when it is full, whether it's in a cradle or attached to a power adapter.

Alternatively, you can change the thresholds of charge based on your usage using the software of energy Manager tool that is included.

Enjoy your new ThinkPad when it arrives.

  • Lenovo L440 will not docking station during bios monitor display

I have a Lenovo L440 portable dock with a think pad pro. The HARD drive is encrypted with TrueCrypt and needs a password before windows starts. The laptop will not display on the monitor attached to the dock before loading windows. I changed the bios Config setting > display > display device boot, as well as all the other options display, but it does make a difference. I tried with a VGA cable and a DVI cable, and no work. I tried with 2 different L440s and 2 docking stations with the same problem on both product. I used a laptop Lenovo L540 with success the same model of docking station. I also updated to the latest version of the bios.

I wonder if I'm missing something or if simply, L440 model does not support this feature?

The hotline of Lenovo was not able to help.

The motherboard had to be replaced on the two L440s to fix this problem.

  • HP Docking Station EN488AA - part number for power adapter

    Hello

I have a HP Compaq nx8220 laptop, with HP Docking Station EN488AA.

Unfortunately I lost the power supply for the docking station.

I always have the power supply for the laptop itself (393955-001), but they do not plug in to the docking station. This is the correct voltage but only 90 w instead of 120W, and the connector is the right size.

I search online for the part number for the power supply of the correct replacement for the dock, but it has become very confused when I found advertising sites the same spare part for the nx8220 and the EN488AA when they are clearly different because the plugs do not match. No specify the size of the plug so I don't know who is who.

Can someone help me identify the correct replacement part? Or better yet, is there an available adapter so I can use my power for the docking station too?

Attached are two photos - the plug of the power supply next to the entrance to the laptop (fits) and the dock (does not fit).

    Thank you

    Here are the details:

AC adapter (120W) - RC, V intelligent power - with power factor correction (PFC) technology
    Part # 693709-001
    or
Part # 609941-001 (is no longer available with HP)

    Adapter AC Smart (120 watts) - input 100-240VAC, 50-60 Hz, 2. 5A - exit 18.5VDC, 6. 5 a, 120 watts, PFC - requires separate 3 cord with connector C5 power wires - includes NO dongle for the elders, non-Smart compatible notebook PC

I also want to mention that the 90W Adapter will work with the docking station with right adapter but you will get all the features, but it will work.

  • docking stations for the view

Sansa claims the im413 Altec Lansing is compatible with the view.  He also had a remote control and FM, these two elements I want.  However, I called Altec Lansing and they did not like being reported as being compatible with the view because it has not been tested.  I emailed Sansa about this and they told me to call their 866-726-3475 tech support number, which I frankly don't believe that they are particularly useful or well informed.  Once, when I called they told me to download the software for something else, that I wonder. Well, that didn't work and I called again and was told by another representative of different to use software. Why aren't all on the same page?

In any case, I would be grateful if someone had actual experience with the view using a docking station where I can use the remote control and FM.

    Thank you

    Hello

I have the iM413, and as long as you are ready to use the new firmware, then it will work fine...  All functions of work, on the remote and the player himself...  Not to mention that the systems sounds GREAT!

Just buy it already!  You will not disappointted...

  • Starting with the issue of station docking station

Is there a reason to buy a docking station if you are not going to plug it into your computer?

We have only 1 computer and it is in the family room. My daughter wants to be able to charge his rocket in his room and his music on the speakers to listen to it. Do we need a dock to do this, or can I just buy a wall charger and some speakers?

I would certainly go for a wall charger and a plug for RCA cable to connect it to any home stereo system.

A docking station requires that you keep your sansa for a long time and eventually replace it with another compatible sansa DAP.

However, a standard charger usb and one connector to RCA cable (or with an input jack computer speakers) can be used with any DAP.

    (1) when I installed VMWare, I don't have the docking station attached. This causes a problem? I moved back with her to dock, if anyone thinks that this will help

    (2) I understand about the limitations of devices on the "motherboard". Is a docking station a motherboard or an external device?

Properties (on the host), he lists as:

In addition, the driver installed is the standard XP OS driver:
