  New to this forum, so don't know if this has been covered.

  Have installed Photoshop elements 11 and Prime Minister 11.
  Elements of program works ok but cannot get the items first to open the new project. Adobe advises trying to update the drivers I have tried without success.

• Satellite C660-26z - Intel graphics driver update is not possible

  I have a Satellite C660-26z. I try to use Trimble/google sketchup (3d modeling program) but keep an error message "Bug splat."

  Google suggested that I up date my permit, when I try to update from Intel, I get an error message telling me it was modified by the Assembly of the computer and communicate with them.

  My driver is Intel(r) HD Graphics Version = 8.15.10.2189
  The program works fine on my other computer 5.

  We know that you can not use drivers provided by graphics card manufacturers. Not for laptops. Display drivers are changed by laptop manufacturers to provide the balance between performance and protection of the equipment.

  What you can try is to check if Toshiba offers a newer driver for new models of portable computers.

  If you can find new display drivers for:
  Satellite L775 (PSK6DE)
  Satellite R700 (PT314E)

  I got my new laptop for Christmas and a few days ago, HP support assistant told me that there was a Version "Intel high definition (HD) Graphics Driver Update": 10.18.15.4281Ep3. I downloaded the updated, but after that 4 attempts trying to install via HP support assistant I kept getting the same message "installation failed." Then, I went to my downloads through Explorer of files and found the downloaded file. When I click on the file it takes me to the Setup Wizard and I can start the installation, but about 2/3 of the way if the installation I get the same message "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" and then the installation completes without completing. I'm not sure how to find out which process is using the file or how to do the complete installation so I would really appreciate your help.

  Follow the steps below to uninstall the driver:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Type devmgmt.msc
  3. Press Ok
  4. Right-click on the graphics card and select Uninstall
  5. Restart the computer

  After the computer restarts, run the Windows Update and the last update will be installed.

  Thank you Daniel for answering my message. While the NVIDIA GEFORCE driver is an option, my driver is INTEL (R). I have since solved the problem by installing the BIOS update. Then, I was able to successfully install the graphics driver updated. Thanks again.

  I want to upgrade my graphics accelerator driver that is Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family.
  On the Intel website, I found this accelerator and new driver for Win XP OS that has been released 31.3.2009, its version is 14.38.3.5047.

  Although I can not install it because this driver is not verified by Toshiba and the site Web of Toshiba is the driver who is one (of course I have it) year old. So, is a way to install the new driver from Intel or can you please this verified driver?

  I m using Intel drivers too and I n t have a problem to install.

  If you have tried to install the driver through setup.exe, you should try manual in Device Manager. Right-click on the graphic card > driver update. Use the Advanced installation step and choose the driver directory yourself.

  Before installing the driver, you must remove the older version first, and then restart the laptop.

  Well, for me it looks like you didn't uninstall the old display driver software. Before installing a newer version, you still need to delete the old version. So go in Control Panel > software. Select ATI display driver software and remove it. After restarting the laptop, you must clean the Windows system using CCleaner (Google is your friend to find it). Restart again and after that, you can install the latest version of page of Toshiba.

  Hello - I had problems with my new pc from HP ENVY 700-515xt CTO. Somehow, the file system has become corrupted I made a recovery through the recovery Partition procedure. Who went well as far as I know.
