  Well, for me it looks like you didn't uninstall the old display driver software. Before installing a newer version, you still need to delete the old version. So go in Control Panel > software.   sounds like a hardware issue. It would be wise to send the machine to the nearest service partner in your country because you won´t be able to fix it yourself.
  I guess it has something to do with the VGA card, or among the memory modules would not work as they should.
