  I have laptop Satellite A200 - 1 M 5; but he has a very annoying problem that I have found a solution for this. When I choose all options to stop (Reset, sleep, shutdown, Hibernate) it does not work according to the needs. • Satellite A200-1AI - start system problem

  I have a problem starting with a model A200-1AI. When I press the power button on the laptop the power light turns blue and the hard drive light flashes blue for a second and then disappears. And now the CDROM drive light steady green. Nothing appears on the screen at all and there is virtually no noise coming from the laptop.

  I tried the following, but the same problem persists

  -Remove battery for at least 5 minutes and then re-inserted
  -Battery removal completed and started directly via the mains
  -HDD reconnected
  -RAM reconnected, in all possible combinations (one RAM module with the other out has left and exchanged by the two bays of RAM)
  -Reconnected all major components connected to the motherboard, basically, I have removed the keyboard and reconnected everything I could find just to make sure that all connections are in place
  -Connect an external monitor
  -Open the CD drive manually to make sure nothing is stuck

  As the hard drive light flashes it seems to indicate a failure of the HARD drive but I expect at least the machine to enter the BIOS and can report a HARD drive failure? It seems to indicate a failure of a component somewhere but I would like to see if anyone else out there, maybe he knows a mother board failure?

  Any help or pointers would be appreciated :)

  In view of this stack trace it is trying tor read the license signging run configuration file server URL and have failed to do.

  I would check three things

  1.) is your implementation file in the right place (since you are on a windows system c:\config\fulfillment-conf.txt

  2.) is the Tomcat process has read access to the file (and directory c:\config)

  3.) are there spaces wandering around the key name, check for stray spaces located at the beginiing of the line and before the = sign

  I also see this setting:

  com.adobe.ADEPT.Fulfillment.Security.keystore.User = acs4user

  There is a bug in the version 4.0.3 and below that the only valid value is 'operator', which is also the default value.  It is better, until the bug gets fixed, to just remove this line.  This does not mean, however, that you will need to regenerate your .p12 file.

  It keep saying there is no hard drive detected.

  I don't have a floppy drive either.

  Is there another way to install Windows XP without the SATA Driver?
  My bios is 2.10 and I can switch to a different bios it wont let me. Keep saying bad Bios!. But isn't.

  On most new notebook Series SATA, driver installation is necessary.

  Yes, the Toshiba laptop are pre-installed with a picture of Toshiba and the installer may takes a little longer and needs a few reboots.

  Then check Fn + F8, that should enable the WLan under Windows OS!
  The WiFi driver update could be useful too.

  As I said above, the configuration may take a while, but after the installation process, everything should work as well if this is not the case, then you should try to reinstall this device try again HARD drive recovery that does not need the CD.
  Turn on the device, press F8 and choose fix my computer. Then select Toshiba HDD recovery!

  You can try to reflash the drive down to T02 OR you send the machine to an authorized service provider or they fix this problem.

  I think you have these issues because the drivers are missing.

  I see you are using the XP 64 bit OS. Toshiba drivers for win 32 bit and so some features don't work and you can't update the BIOS.
