Uninstall Service Pack 1 and install Service Pack 2.

After you uninstall Service Pack 1 choose a Restore Point dated before when you installed SP1 and use that restore point.

Then install SP2 by uploading it on a folder: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dd262148.aspx

And then double-click the .exe file to install SP2.

    If you have a copy of your .muse file that has not been saved by using 2014.3, you can downgrade by uninstalling Muse, and then choose the previous Version in the drop-down list of filters in the Panel of Apps from the desktop creative cloud application. There will be a popup next to the Muse, where you can select a version prior to install.

    Personally, I have had success using nLite.  Others swear by Autostreamer.  Or you can do it manually.

    There is some confusion about the "Gold" XP update (with no service pack) to SP3.  If you have installed XP Gold and you want to update your existing installation, you must update to sp1, 1A, or 2 before upgrading to sp3 again.

    For this reason, some people suggest a slipstreamed sp1a or sp2 using your CD-ROM CD but XP and then to a sp3 CD based on one that you just created.

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    Fact to uncheck use hardware acceleration helps in the Firefox menu > options then in the window of Options - Advanced tab > uncheck the box 'use hardware acceleration when available' stop the problem does not happen.

    Our printers do not come with USB cables.  If you do not have a cable connected to a previous printer, you can buy any B USB standard cable locally has to establish the connection.  It is a pretty common cable located at most major retailers office supply or electronics.

    The iP2820 can only be used with a USB connection.  It doesn't have wireless capabilities.

    We have a white desk with all the icons and taskbar. Everything I've looked up tells me to enable desktop but nothing happens when I right click so I'm unable to get the properties of office, I also tried to do system restore and also a reactivation on the desktop but nothing. Please help any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks for your post.  You experience this problem on all user accounts?  If you have not tested, try the following:

    Click Start > right click on my computer > select Manage

    Expand local users and groups

    Click on the users folder > in the right pane, right-click and select new users

    Fill in the appropriate data to create a new user account.

    To disconnect from the computer and log on as the new user

    You still see the white background?

    See if you can get out of this mess by doing a system restore. Choose the date until you have created this shortcut as you restore point.
    In case you need the "How to":

    Start button > Search box, typeSystem Restore > press enter > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
    To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

    We had this printer for a little over a year, and all of a sudden when you turn it on, you get different messages.  A saying you real ink is installed, the other saying print alighment page and briefly, he threw an error message, but it happened so fast I only had part, A 09, 37.  From there, it went to a screen LED flashing with all the lights flash continuously.  Now, when he arrives, he says incompatible print cartridges installed, which is not the case.  Here, I would give the whole error code, but I can't seem to get back to the top.  Any thoughts, or this printer is very likely over?
