  The control utility and driver controls allow you to customize and TOSHIBA special button preset settings. But it is not a FN keys!

  You must install the Hotkey utility if you want to use the FN keys.

  Another tip:
  It is important that all Toshiba drivers and utilities are installed in the correct order.

  I have two problems with my Toshiba Satellite P300 19N.

  First of all, a few months ago, my touchpad became completely unresponsive. I had not installed or changed something important that day. It has just stopped working while I was using the laptop.   I recommend doing this first before posting always the same questions ;)

  However, the multimedia keys are controlled by VAP (value added package).
  You need to install the VAP for Win 7. Since the VAP is independent laptop model that you can chose the one that was released for other portable devices such as Satellite L500 series for example.
