  I have recently installed Windows 8 Pro, installed all of my usual applications etc..
  The problem I've encountered is maintaining display driver crashing. Or have waiting periods. The exact error message reads;
  "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 306.97 has stopped working and recovered."
  Until now it expires randomly even when the computer is idle, and more frequently when I watch videos online. Also, watch a clip full screen on some sites like YouTube is ok, but on others, it is very laggy (updated maybe once per second the image) and the sound is out of sync.
  I can't find a way to properly uninstall the graphics driver.

  At least yours is working semi... I have the GTS 450 (uses the same drivers) and the mine does not at all... Stuck with the regular game pilot integrated ATM and can not all games... Microsoft told me to wait a few weeks and for the reminder and Nvida said 10 ways to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for same. Hope someone with to get a fix for this soon.

  Looks like this isn't just me.
  Just an update, that I can not confirm it as a solution, but I have not encountered any problem (a little screenlag aside) since the installation of the drivers beta. For me, the beta version of the driver is 310.33, R130. The only other change to my system updates Adobe Flash version packaged with Google Chrome to 11.4.31X to 11.4.402 to eliminate serious problems when you watch the video in full screen.

  If you still receive the error message, try the following steps;

I did what I was supposed to do and have appreciated the help of PS3 on this new iMac.  Everything worked very well. Last night I shut down my computer before a separate software has been updated done and makes the iMac not able to start.  The only option I found was to erase the hard drive and install using Time Machine. (I use the bad terminalogy)   I did and everything was successful until I opened PS3 and see a window "license for this product has stopped working".  Help!  It is said one solution is to uninstall. When I went to the Adobe Uninstaller I saw NO PS3, but see icon with "Add or remove Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium" with a small arrow, that I have the means to think his alias and I don't know where he lives. Can someone help me get back my PS3?  Thank you!

  If you go through this guide to screenshot and do exactly as indicated, you won't make those mistakes. Perhaps it would be good to read first. I carefully put in place this guide, my instructions are good in their current form, do not do anything else.

  In the first post #11, I forget to add a space after "sudo python" before you drag the licenserecovery.py to the command line, and I never load any type of break line or before you drag the script.

  Second: In #15 if you simply slide the script into the window, it will be on the same line.  What you see is the packing of command to work around the size of the window, but it is always on the same line and will run when you enter your password.

  You will also see that there is a space between "python" and the script in the screenshot.

  I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled, uninstalled the device itself and not reinstalled, no change.

  If you run the utility from the Vista DVD System File Checker, it will extract the files it needs to turn off the DVD to replace those damaged.  If this does not work, you will need to do a repair of your Vista installation.
