  I have a XC of Aspire Acer-605, i5 with Windows 8 (bought 4 weeks ago)

  After days and days of the trial, an online chat with a technician Microsoft (which was useless) I finally found a suggestion that worked... I had to create a new user account with administrative privileges. Media worked perfectly in this new account! I then spent ages downloading the files from my old account before deleting completely.   I see that you get an installation error when installing iOS 9.3 OTA.  I suggest that you try following the steps below to download the latest version of the update:

  If you have downloaded iOS 9.3, but you can not install it, you will need to download the update again. First of all, remove the update of your device:

  1. Go to settings > general > storage & use of iCloud. Under storage, click on storage management.
  2. Find iOS 9.3 in the list of applications.
  3. Press on iOS 9.3, then remove the update.
