  HI - having some problems with my Satellite L300-1BV girls and after some answers and advice please.

  Which is really strange and I doubt that this problem is related to the battery only. In this case, your computer should work properly without battery and plugged in to the AC adapter.

  Theoretically the laptop turn off itself due to a higher internal temperature. This is why I would recommend clean it with compressed air stream. This could blow out the dust from the cooling fans.

  In addition, ask a maintainer agreed to help. It sounds like a hardware malfunction, and they can check what part needs to be replaced.

  I gave up the laptop and after that not get battery. Laptop works fine with battery only. I opened the laptop to find if it is something dislodged. But everything was fine. I checked the power comes up to the motherboard. But do not charge the battery.

  For more information, I opened only Panel keyboard and down to reach the power supply cord. I can see the top section of the motherboard page where I checked that power is reached.

  Any body can help?

  I have a Satellite L300, which keeps freezing upwards so when I tried to do a recovery I got an error message 10 D 045 fa12 and when I tried to completely erase the disk, I got an error of the FFE 20 045D

  This unit was sent to toshiba for repair and technicians said there was nothing wrong with the unit, but my research tells me there is probably a fault requiring the replacement of the HARD drive - so now that my warranty just expired do - what I do? Can I still take the unit for repair since the issue of original warranty has never properly addressed? or is there a way I can fix the error?

  I can imagine there is problem with HARD drive, the HARD drive can be replaced but you can do it alone.
  It's really not a big deal.

  I have a Satellite L300-1AS, running Vista. The computer began recently to show it is "connected, charge", but does not actually charge.   This really strange boyfriend s but to me it sounds like a hardware problem... I think it might be the motherboard issue. Maybe the card mother doesn t charge the battery properly.

  In my opinion the best way would be if a cell phone technician would check your laptop. They can test the motherboard and all other parts.
  I doubt that s a BIOS because you problem n t have the problem for the first time.

  I m using windows 7 and tried another battery, the result was the same that the laptop works fine with the ac adapter but windows doesn't recognize the battery.

  Can you start the laptop with AC adapter only?

  The blink code provides some kind of clerical error, and this error is not always the same.
