  My code is too long to post here so I'll try to explain. I've built a number of calculators with EditFields and ButtonFields, that work well. The ButtonFields have FieldChangeListeners that do things when they are clicked.

  The last calculator to build I added a few TextSpinBoxFields in a PopupScreen. I used the SpinnerDemo to help with the code. So I can make a selection of spinners OK, but now my ButtonField listeners are no longer works. When I click a button the pop-up menu main upwards instead.

  In addition, scrolling does not work on my touchpad. I downloaded the latest synaptics drivers and installed and nothing helps... Any help on that would be appreciated also.

  I cehcked mouse options and those who appear to be good. There no options in the Panel "touchpad" however... maybe something there?

• Satellite S50t-B touch screen no longer works

  My partner bought a S50t-B Satellite probably 5-6 months and everything worked perfectly, until she had a few updates to windows that has happened, and now the touch HID compatible drivers are apparently disabled in Device Manager?

  The touch screen no longer works, and I've pretty much exhausted all the options I could think.

  I tried to reinstall windows, apply all updates via the service center, I can't find the drivers for the touch screen on the support Web site downloads section and the bios etc is all to date.

  I was hoping someone could shed some light on how to proceed with this issue, since the main reason, she bought there the touch screen function.

  I don't have any idea what system you have installed, but if the laptop was equipped with touch screen, additional drivers for touchscreen are not necessary.
  If touch screen is working properly, the Windows (Win 8.1) should detect it automatically.

  From my point of few, the laptop must be set to settings factory just to check if its really a software related issue... so I wonder why you do not use HARD drive recovery or recovery media to restore the laptop to factory settings?

  Since this is a day Bank holiday here in England, I will probably be able to get through until Tuesday.

  My warranty will cover the replacement of the adapter?

I have recently installed the latest windows updates and you've probably noticed that I can no longer select multiple items by holding the CTRL key and clicking on the left.
