Satellite L650 - random instant shut-off valve

Was using my laptop and all of a sudden he stops instantly. Turned it on and it happened once again quite close at the start.

So I thought it was a battery problem, I took and used only AC power. It has worked well for the rest of the night. I have yet to test the battery and it turns off again.

On the morning, it was on straight for hours then until 18:00 ish, you instantly stop again. It turned on and once again it happened close to start.

This may be the cause? Overheating during the day? Form questionable ca, he needs a few twists before recharging, but then that's fine.

Hello

I think that you should first check if the fans and the vents are free of dust.
For most high temperature is responsible for this stop automatic downs.

Clean fans/grids in the past? Isn't it?
I put t know how old your laptop is but the unit must be cleaned periodically to prevent overheating of the laptop.

Use a common compressed air spray that would help you to get rid of the dust.

I m wondering about the results

    Hello

Try to update the driver WLan and the BIOS.
In addition, please make sure that the WiFi signal is strong enough to get a good WLan connection stability!
In most cases, the weak WLan signal causes these disconnects.

Last but not least disable Wlan card energy saving!

  • SATELLITE A30: random suddenly shut down

Hi everyone, I finally had a problem on my laptop. While it is a bit of effort (the CPU works 80-100%) for 2 months it suddenly stop after a few seconds. He has worked for over 2 years and now I do not understand the reason for this strange problem. First of all I don't know if it's a hardware problem or a software one.
Please give me some advice cause I have yet to find any real solution.

    Thank you very much

    Gianni (Italy)

If you check this forum you will find a wide range of similar subjects and this problem is not strange. The sudden stop is mainly caused by overheating. Satellite A30 and Satellite 1900 are older units, and in my opinion, it is a time for cleaning.

Of course, the CPU of high activity cannot be properly cleaned and machine stops automatically before the CPU or other pieces of equipment can be damaged.

  • Bluetooth automated shut-off valve, possible disk external hard usb

We bought a new iMac, retina 5K 27 "end 2015 when it came out. Since the first day we have been faced with a problem where the bluetooth disconnects, Magic Mouse 2 Magic Keyboard are disconnected and then reconnected. The mouse freezes, and about 3 to 5 seconds later the notification "lost connection" flashes on the screen, then the reconnect upward and will begin working. The entire range of not being able to use the keyboard and the mouse will last about 7 to 10 seconds. It happens randomly, maybe once or twice a day, or more.

I opened two cases with Apple support, all first, they had me reset the SMC, PRAM, a bunch of stuff. It seems not really to improve. The second said to reinstall the operating system, "do a reset. I still have to do it, mainly because it is a PC brand new and has had the problem since the first day.

Today, I noticed that the Time Machine backup seemed to start right at the time the connected bluetooth. We have two new Western Digital USB hard drives connected, it is formatted HFS + for the backup Time Machine, another ExFAT for the media and the extra space. Could the external USB drives cause bluetooth disconnection as bluetooth seems to be connected via the USB controller? If so, how do fix us this without disconnecting USB readers? Looks like they shouldn't cause the USB or bluetooth to reset!

For such an expensive computer, this issue is extremely frustrating, considering Apple support could not resolve. For any help or suggestions much appreciated, thank you!

  • shut-off valve, a switch by a second switch

Hello, I am developing a software for which I want to be able to open and close the valves through switches toggle. So, I want to be able to open and close the valves individually. However, it should also be possible close all valves (and turn the rocker downwards) by pressing a firing button. I insist on the use of toggle switches, which visually also switch on position close when you press this button for shooting a 'close all '. My reason to insist on this point, is because I am developing an exact copy of a program written in Labwindows. In this original program, how it works, and I am convinced that it should be possible. I saw already 3 days, trying many options, like 'create the local variable' and 'Create the property node' still not found how.

As the title suggests my... If was an accident, but I stopped the process of Sir in the Task Manager window and I got a blue screen of death. He created a backup file and then turns off. I tried to turn it back on, but all I get is an error message from Braodcom and Media test failed message and an operating system not found message. Is there a way to fix this or am I GROUND?

    HI U.S. - soldierARNG.

What is the exact error message on blue screen?

Check that there is no CD/DVD in your CD/DVD drive.

    Disconnect all hardware devices.

Check the BIOS to make sure that your hard drive is always selected on the primary boot device.

You have access to a Windows recovery disk? If so, follow the steps in this document to complete the Startup Repair.

It's a legal installation of 8 to 10, is the advice I give to reinstall 10:

Find media on the download software pagecreation tool.

When your free upgrade to 10 initially enabled Microsoft will keep the details of hardware Configuration on their servers for recognition purposes if you need to reinstall 10.

  • Satellite L650 - touch forgiveness/OFF buttom doesn't work

I have a Satellite L650, I'm unable to toggle the touchpad with the button on/off button located above the button of the mouse in the L650.
I tried to turn the touchpad by using the F9 key and it works fine. But I can't with the power button. Help, please

In my opinion, this key functionality is not so important if everything else works correctly.
To be honest I don t know which software component is responsible for this, but in the worst case reinstall Toshiba Value added package.

Anyway, if it is only problem you leave and don't change anything. You can use FN + F9 when you want.

  • Satellite L650-0ED - ports external monitor and turn off WiFi

    Hey,.

    1. I have a Satellite L650/0ED, I was wondering if the HDMI and the external monitor port start when starting and if they cause the start time of the laptop to be slower. If they do slow down the start how disable them you using Device Manager, since I looked, I tried to disable the Device Manager; but I can't find them anywhere on the list of devices.
They have a special code name or something?

    2. based on my understanding, the manual of instruction/userguide Toshiba mentions if I press FN + F8 it turns off the wireless amber light but this is not the case, since the amber wireless is still or not. I have the wireless active or disabled.
It say it's so I have the wireless off of amber or the - Orange must be turned off when I press FN + F8 and is not, why is this?

    Thank you

    Hey Buddy,

    1. No, they cause t a slower start. He doesn't know me and as long as I know it of not possible to disable the ports in the BIOS. Then n t you worry about this, even, you have connected external screens, boot time is the same.

    2. Yes, usually you can activate the WLAN functionality by using the FN + F8 key combination.
I put t have the laptop in front of me, but normally if you don t have a hardware wireless switch, you can disable the wireless network adapter in the BIOS. Just put permits for disabled people and that should be all! :)

  • Help! Lenovo B570 random Shut off and Start Up problems

My Lenovo laptop B570 has had problems lately. It is only a month, but has frequent problems.

My first question is that it stops randomly no matter what I do. I will be checking my email or anything else online then the screen is black and the power light is off. Happened almost every day, and I'm going to College soon so I don't want to cut when I anymore.

My second problem is that sometimes when I start the laptop, either normally or after the random shut off, it will not connect properly. Sometimes I use the fingerprint reader or type in the password. It will say 'Welcome', then it will say "Please wait", but it will not disappear no matter how long I wait, and I left for 20 minutes like that before.

My third and final question is whether the laptop freezes sometimes or all programs cease to operate and remain unusable. When I am able to boot successfully and connect, I open any program, and it will open, then immediately, it will say "not responding". When this happens, and I click anywhere else, everything becomes unusable, even the start menu.

My solution to all these problems was to hold down the power button until the laptop turns off, start it in Mode without failure, then restart. I installed McAfee antivirus and Malwarebyte anti-malware software and scanned the whole laptop, but there has been no detection with either. If anyone has had similar problems, or has a solution to my problem, I want to say thank you in advance.

material or heating problem. try bios flash update, if you access windows otherwise call lenovo support line.

  • Fuze will shut off randomly

Fuze will shut off randomly, then it takes a few seconds to turn on. After that I see the symbol of welcome, it says media refreshing and it takes about 5 minutes to complete. It is very annoying! Please a little help.

Normally, the "rocket" is enough to update the database on data transfers.  If the SD/SDHC card is not inserted, the database will not refreshing at startup.

I have an eye on the music files for problems with ID3 tags and album art files especially.

First of all, connect the "rocket" in MSC mode and check the memory of Sansa to find errors in the file system: right-click on my computer, and then select manage.  Click on the "rocket" and check the drive for errors.  Do this for the two logical drive letters assigned to the "rocket".

Don't forget that your ID3 tags are written with tags ID3 v2.3 ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1) .  Great use for this is MP3Tag, a free utility.  In addition, be sure that your JPGs for your music (cover) are 300 x 300 or smaller.  The images are not necessarily greater then 15 to 20 KB or more, otherwise, you can run into questions.

The "rocket" can freeze and possible can turn off if you try to play a corrupted music file.

A simple way to know is by following the steps above, or format the "rocket" and reload your music a few tracks at a time, to see that all is well.  Remember, the "rocket" Formatting erases all the data (media) of the device, so have copies ready to reload on your Sansa backup.

  • Satellite L650-11R - its is trolling when the screen is off

    Hello people.

I have an interesting problem. In fact, I have a Satellite L650-11R and TV Panasonic TX P42X10Y.

When I connect the laptop and TV via HDMI and everything works as it should be, games, movies, but everything works fine until the screen of the laptop is open. While it is closed or if you switchmake the TV your main screen or the office, the sound in the movies is bad.
And not every 30 seconds or minutes rather than continuous. Picture is great, but the sound is a disaster, even a few seconds do not hear a thing.

The laptop is not even a week, codecs are concerned probably not because the sound works in the movies when the laptop is open.

    Any help appreciated

    PS Sorry for the English

    Hey,.

To be honest, I never heard such a problem. For example if I connect my laptop to TV cable HDMI I always have good sound quality, even I use two monitors or monitors only.

In any case, what operating system you have? You use the version preinstalled Windows or another?

First of all I would update the audio driver. His most recent driver, you can download from the official website of Toshiba:
