  It is not easy to find the drivers but I found one in the U.S. Toshiba download page. This is the model of laptop similar but with the same graphics inside.

  Choose Win8 (64-bit) and the display driver, so you should find it there.

  The other day I had a huge massive Goner virus (lol) and the computer is turned off. Whenever I tried to turn it on, it started to load Windows, and then restart. I tried to start Windows in safe mode but the same thing happened, just keep restarting. I tried to repair Windows (by pressing f8 and etc.) and without success, he kept restarting.

  Ist it Toshiba's original OS is still installed? I ask this question because it of necessary for the recovery of HARD drive. If you have installed another OS, you can access t HARD drive recovery option.

  Hmmm... Also, I use the paragon 10 Server to create partitions. But why are you trying to create a startup disk? Install the server paragon 10 on your computer, and then make the best partition size.

I couldn't find the drivers of Windows 8, so I went to the Web of Synaptics site to get the drivers directly from there. I got Windows 7 drivers.
  When I try to open the settings for the touchpad in Windows I get an error that looks something like "Unable to connect to the Synaptics pointing device" and I have to reinstall the drivers.

  2 - wireless
  I high speeds (~70Mbit/s) with an Ethernet cable, but Wi - fi, I only have 3.5Mbit / s.
  I read that this is related to the drivers, so I looked up the proper drivers, but so far found no one who even settle (I click Yes on UAC and then nothing happens).

  I really want to avoid going back to Windows 7.
  Is there something I can do?

  WLAN I checked the specifications of the laptop and your laptop has WIFI and Bluetooth combo card. It is Wifi b/g/n 11 + BT V2.1 + EDR (Broadcom BCM94313). Unfortunately the Toshiba WLAN portal you won't find Win8 drivers at the moment.

  I bought a Satellite L650 a couple of weeks. Because I had to get the machine quickly I don't have round initially to make the recovery of HARD drive disk.   Yes, you n t get any recovery disks because you will need to create them yourself using preinstalled Toshiba Recovery Media Creator. Therefore, you need a few blank DVDs. Then run the Toshiba Recovery Media Creator and follow the on-screen instructions to create the recovery disks.
  Also consult your user manual. There are a lot of pages on the recovery of the laptop.

  If original alternative operating system is installed you can restore the box settings if you start HARD drive recovery. This is why go to Windows Advanced Boot menu and choose fix my computer.
