  That's why some functions of the laptop may not properly work using win 8.

  Unfortunately, you can't switch from 32 to 64 bits. If you want to use the 64-bit operating system, you must do any new installation. Install Vista 64-bit using the recovery disc or HARD drive recovery option.

  I have some problems with my laptop to play games or 3D applications. I have an ATI mobility radeon HD 4650 on that.
  When I try to play Guild Wars or Aion, I can see a few sparklink of black bands in many directions. I'm always after 5 to 20 sc a message from vista or seven, saying: "atikmdag stopped responding and has recovered" and sometimes a black screen and freezing to the BONE. So I can't play games...

  I have installed ati tray tool and ATITools in order to fix the memory use and frequency, but these applications do not support the ATI mobility radeon HD 4650 graphics.
  I also try some fix I found on various forums for problems atikmdag.

  On ATI official website here no display driver for ati mobility radeon HD 4000 series (or 2000 and 3000...) for Windows visat or xp... only for seven but it does not solve my problem...

  My conclusions are: display drivers does difficulty currently this problem or I have a problem of material with this laptop...

  First of all, during any part of when im playing a game (such as Time-Shifting) the game will be to randomly freeze and make a noise as if the sound itself was stuck at a certain point, I only managed to get a blue screen ONCE when it freeze that says USB_DRIVER arrived and before I could see anything else , laptop resets and im sure that the USB device problem is related

  Do you really install any drivers after installing Windows 7? Maybe you have forgotten something and so it doesn t work.
  Micro is a part of webcam so be sure that driver webcam is properly installed and driver sound, you need to as well.

  After that, check the sound settings. Make sure that the Microphone is enabled and test it again with amp active microphone.

  Win XP drivers are OK but your laptop was equipped with the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 graphics card and the driver on the page supports only Mobility Radeon HD 34xx/36xx chips graphics!
