  Thanks for the info not being able to delete if registered Thunderbird outdoors.

  Your suggestion to create a folder on the desktop and then by moving the files in the folder on the desktop does not work as I can not move the files, copy them only.   I have a question where the record of recent items (Start/Recent Items) shows not all files that are created in Office 2010 or converted in this format. All other files (for example, .xls, .doc, .pdf) are displayed, but it's not Office 2010 files.
