  Once you open a Word attachment in an email, you must save it to your HARD drive until you make changes. If you do not, the changes are lost, but the original attachment is still with the e-mail.

  All of you who have the same cause.  Something is screwed up with your address book.

  It could be several specific problems, which include:
  -corrupted WAB file
  -damaged or incompatible DLL files for the addressbook
  -have OE set to use the Outlook98 / 2000 + contacts instead of the WAB
  folder and there is something wrong at the end of Outlook

• When writing an F9 email no longer displays the address book unless in safe mode, how do I solve this problem?

  There is a star to the right of the senders e-mail address when you view the message in a tab or the messages pane. If the star is filled with color the contact is already in one of your address books. If the star is empty, you can click the star to add to a book. By clicking on the star a second time will open the edit contact dialog box you can add more details.

  This isn't the same star that is to the left of the message header in the Inbox view.

  Sounds like a good plan. Version 31 and above all is a mess right now. I stay at v24.6 until they get the problems developed. Version 24.7 went out before v31, but I've never had one so I don't know anything abut it or what fixed it.

  What application are you when you mention that you "use the web" and can not see the dashboard and toolbar?

  If you use Safari, the menu bar, are you able to click View > actual size?   Otherwise try file > close all windows in Safari.

  Have you restarted the computer?  Many times this will reset all default settings, including the sizes of windows.

  Also, check system preferences > display and make sure that the option "by default to display" is selected for the resolution.

  I have the same warnings qmake... is not found . But finally, after that I could successfully implement the objective of the Simulator, the sample application running, even with this qmake warnings.

  To close the box, click on the red button X in the upper right corner of it.

  Size of the box is in it was due to a glitch. It happens from time to time and will probably not repeat.
