  I assume you have Windows Live Messenger, because you have installed the Windows Live Essentials.
  If so, a brief explanation...
  Windows Live Essentials includes some programs that can be installed or NOT, must be installed. You can choose whoever you want.

  Now, you have 2 options...

  1. you can disable. He will remain in the system but inactive.

  2. you can purely and simply uninstall it, and it will be out of the system.

  RE: Disable Messenger
  Open MSN Messenger > at the top, click on tools > click Options > column to the left, click on Sign In > straight column, uncheck all boxes > click OK done wnhen.

  RE: Uninstall Messenger

  Start button > in the search box, type programs and features > press the Enter key. Scroll down to Windows Live Essentials > right click it > click on uninstall...
  Follow the guests but be careful to screen > it will ask you what program to uninstall. Select Windows Live Messenger. Follow the prompts.

  The short answer is 'yes '.

  A more detailed answer depends on your specific needs for email notification and generation of repair tickets. You can easily configure notification by email through the user interface of rule, such as discussed in 6.7 How to create emails for critical messages. Generate tickets in the cure is a bit more complicated. More complex integrations with appeals involving the two-way recognition and compensation of alarms in general requires some PSO to be implemented.

  Yes. You can set up what is called a summary action. Summary action allows you to set a message pattern that has a header section and a detail section (where you can print your details)
  There is a seeded alert called 'Index too large or too fragmented' which has a summary action model that looks like this.

  List of indices exceeding & blocks MAXBLOCKS or & extended MAXEXTENTS:

  There are other ways to accomplish alert forwarding too. The easiest would be to create a simple rule that fires when other rules, and have the action on this rule makes the transfer of fire alarm.

  I'm quite new to foglight. In our environment, we monitor DB ORACLE using foglight. My requirement is that I have to create 3 groups (Production stage & development). I need to issue alerts that are created for the Production environment for SCOM and for other groups, I need to send these as email notification. • OfficeJet Pro L7780: HP Solution Center

  I see I'm not the only one having this problem since the day of security Windows on Janualy 4, 2016. I executed issued alerts here to support.
  Basically what happens is that I can open the Solution Center, but when I try to open either Photo or Document scan I get a gray pop saying "The HP Imaging Device was not Found" it tells you so what do I do, but all of these steps have failed.

  I noticed something is in the Device Manager, devices for imaging and printers, Officejet Pro L7700 under events, I also have this message.
  Devies Imaging ' device USB\VID_03F0 & PID_2312 & MI_00\6 & 36fd2d51 & one & 0000 also requires installation. »
  Printers 'device USBPRINT\HPOfficejet_Pro_L7700\7 & 30237294 & 1 & USB001 requires installation."

  I'm a complete novice, but for me the finger seems to be pointing to my USB drivers or control. Anyone have any ideas?

  I noticed that you are unable to access certain features of your HP, with your HP Officejet pro L7780 printer solution Center. I'm happy to help with this problem!

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
  • Unplug the printer USB cable.
  • Clean boot the computer. How to perform a boot in Windows.
  • Disable all Antivirus programs. Disable Antivirus software.
  • Disable all firewall programs. The WF of end-to-end.
  • Create a new user account. Management of user accounts and connections (Windows 10).
  • Reinstall using the printer HP install wizard for Windows. (Expect that the software will ask you to connect the printer USB cable.)

  I have the same problem Visual as described in this post solved, however my way to get there is slightly different than in my opinion. To explain, I am trying to save a folder of messages for the purpose of issuing alerts and notifications on certain events. My app is, technically, neither demand nor a UIApplication - it is a top-level class who will then create one or the other according to the entry point. My background AEP monitor is an Application and my ASP UI is a UIApplication. In other words the main function is not in a class of each types.

  I need to create an application folder in which the background AEP monitor can send messages. The folder must be registered with the ASP of the UI so that it's what opens when the dossier is typed on the home screen. I get the IllegalArgumentException When calling ApplicationMessageFolderRegistry.registerFolder and I think it is because my main application is not strictly speaking a UIApplication.

  Can anyone confirm that it is the expected exception in this situation and what I might be able to do about this please? It will be difficult for the redesign of my application at this point... I'd like that there is another solution. Here is the code that generates the exception. What is strange, is that sometimes it seems to work ok, but sometimes it does not work and I then two icons of the application in the notification bar.

  It seems I have fixed this problem. The solution was to place the call to my code above inside a new workable with invokeLater. I was using an executable elsewhere in the code, that's why the problem seemed to be intermittent.

  By comparing the two code sections was the only way I stumbled upon this fix. The document does not indicate that this could cause an IllegalArgumentException thrown so I wonder now how would I know otherwise. I don't know * why * this fixes it for me... any other comments welcome!

• Foglight - customization of Windows rule ability

  It is my hope that it is a fairly easy question.  Only, I don't have a lot of time to research, so any help is appreciated.

  I'm under v5.5.8: Foglight and cart V5.5.4 Windows.  Recently, a request came our DBA doesn't want alerts from the rule of capacity for drives C: SQL servers.  Normally I just would exclude these via the agent settings, but still our Windows are alerts for C: transmitted to them.  Y at - it an easy way to exclude C: of DBA (and exclude disks from database of SE) and issue alerts for granted?  Also, given that the size of our database of sometimes in the TB and C: operates in MB, is it possible to separate with differenet for perventage registry variables and or MB of space?

  There are probably a number of ways to do this.  In my mind, the single is to...

  (1) copy the existing rule on one personalized for its

  (2) disable the original rule

  (3) change the scope of the custom rule or condition to watch only the c:\ drive

  (4) limit the custom rule for the ability to send alerts to its

  (5) copy the rule to an individual for DBA

  (6) change the second custom rule to exclude the alarms via the status or scope c:\ drive

  (7) change the action of e-mail for the second custom rule to send only the alert only to the DBA

  Possibly you are owed, last question, you can create new registry variables to be used with your custom rule and specify the limits in TB

• SCOM volume space alert

  I have installed SCOM 2012 R2 and one of the servers with the agent installed was a full Volume.  There was no alert generated and I'm looking for a way to alert when Volumes are full as logical disks.  On Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, in this case to a prompt 'wmic volume get freespace' back shows the free space left on the target volume.  It is one of the many servers with volumes not assigned to the logical drive letters.

  What should I do to receive alerts when the volumes are full?

  Help. I'm a self confessed computer illiterate! It seems that whenever the update of Windows is running on my computer, it changes the settings & I encounter problems.

  I'm currently running Vista (please let me know what other details you might need) & I have Bitdefender. Windows Update ran & now I alert security windows saying there are several issues that affect my computer. I checked Bitdefender & all right with respect to any virus or malware etc. etc. When I click on icon - windows security alert - it opens the windows Security Center.

  Everything changed on or Ok. Like how windows tells me that there are several issues affecting my computer but then doesn't bother to go & tell me what they really are.

  Someone else has encountered this & know what it means or how I can fix this problem...

  I underestand that your Windows Security Center will tell you you have any questions, but when you open it, all right. If this is the problem then, it could be due to delay the departure of the Windows Security Center to monitor your anti-virus.

  I suggest defragnment and clean and updated Windows and make sure you have installed SP2, make sure that bitdefender is updated.
