  Hi all

  There are similar issues in the forum, but I guess mine is a little different.

  My iPhone still guaranteed 6a standart. Displaced front camera which is a common problem and phone turns off automatically when the battery is about 10%. When I plug the charging cable, it lights immediately. There are the problems of the phone.

  And there are a few bumps, scratches on the phone as below:

  Are these cosmetics of dents or not? Apple repair or replace this phone?

  Warranty does not cover scratches or bumps.

  As for the battery, 10% is why iPhone is OFF to protect the battery.

  It is not advisable to drain your battery at all.

• iPhone 6 Corrosion of parts of the body leading to small holes

  IPhone Gold 6 in the household (about 6 months) exposes the corrosion on both sides of the body leading to the pit / holes.

  The phone has always been kept in a quality case (Speck) and never exposed to the weather or had water damage.  It is kept in a bag (not in a Pocket) when out and about.  It has a glass quality screen protector.  It comes as pampered and protected a phone we've ever had!

  I noticed some discoloration clean one a few months ago after taking the phone out of the case, but was able to wipe it.  Get the phone out of the case today, I noticed not only a fading, but deep ditches, which indicates the corrosion.

  Has anyone else seen elsewhere?  I have noticed that another thread on the corrosion/rust on an iPhone 6, but can not be sure if it's exactly the same thing without seeing photos.

  We went as far big to take care of this phone, I'm super disappointed.

  Case capable of intercepting such things as dust and dirt between the cause and the device and can cause problems. If you look at the case, which seems to be white in color in the photo, and look at the corresponding area for the problems you have on the phone, can you see discoloration it? It seems to me that something has been there to scratch on the phone. I raise this issue with the manufacturer of cases also and see what they have to say about it.   I called verizon today on the gorilla glass, (I have a scratch, small but still a scratch) I keep my phone in my Pocket only and just a couple of days, I noticed a small scratch on my phone. as FAS I know gorilla in unscatchable glass yet I have a scratch. Verizon will not be guaranteed it so what I do? They said call motorcycle but I read in other places that this bike still trying to load people for that.

  so is there something I can do?

  Hi guys... Today, I started my phone (Z3) and saw that the screen is awkwardly milky and there are whites 'strings' on it. I can see everything and my phone is fully functional. But this Milky thing is annoying as * beep * because I do not see any picture as it is. Do you know guys what it could be? How to solve the problem? I have no money so I can't pay hundreds of dollars for a new screen. I did factory reset it. NA not change anything.

  The phone is protected by a glass screen and the backcover. Its also protected by a rubbercase. He never fell to the ground and he has never wet. There is no damage to the phone. Not even a scratch. The phone is 7 months old now. As you can see I just can't understand why this is happening...

  I don't know exactly, what was broken, but it certainly wasn't my fault. I got a new screen on my phone for free. So, if someone get exactly the same problem, contact support and establish a repair order. I am so grateful for your help!

• Approach new (and amazingly illogical) blackBerry client app in the world of BB

  A week or two ago, I started to see a lot less critical being represented in the client world BB for all applications, the number of existing comments indicated for this app on its title bar. For example, the title implies that there are 8 comments, but only 2 are presented. I thought it was a bug, so I pointed out to BlackBerry. Today, I got a response. Guess what...

  It turns out that it is a result of recent 'great idea' BlackBerry looking are now only to those whose phones have the same ID of device than the examiner. In other words, if you have for example the Z30 thereafter you will see comments made by Z30 users only. Forget about being able to read the comments from for example the owners Z10, Z3 or Leap.

  What a stupid idea. How an application is different between for example Z30 and Leap, or between the Q5 and Q10. This is the same application that runs on the same OS on almost identical devices. Why target more users access to customers so that there is usually so little of them in any case. If an application has several comments, but none of them for example a Z10 user then Z10 users will see NONE.

  It is understandable that the comments of another platform/OS are not for another OS (for example the comments of the Playbook is not for phones BB10) that most limit the visibility of comments to a specific MODEL of PHONE only is just crazy. No other app store does such a silly thing.

  When a new phone model comes out, it probably means that the people who buy it will see really ANY reviews of ANY applications until they have begin to post comments on this phone model themselves. And even if the new phone is not really different from existing models, like for example the jump of the Z30, which means that all applications to look and are working on it, just as they do on the Z30.

  I think that I don't have to explain how a very limited number of comments displayed for a specific phone model will affect sales of the app. On each new version of phone model, all providers must actually BEGIN to COLLECT the COMMENTS FROM SCRATCH for this phone model.   In the case of some of my apps, even if they have several comments, sometimes none of them has been presented for example a user Z3 or Leap, but until recently Z3 or Leap users could see them again while now they see NO CRITICISM of these applications either.

  Thanks to all those have commented here.  I did the product team BlackBerry World aware of the concerns expressed here on the comments filtering, and they agreed with the points that you all did.  There is an update to the BlackBerry World Server are planned for next week, and this behavior will be restored with this update.  So, you should see all the comments that appear again in a few weeks (update + time for cache refresh).

• Classic classic speaker Blackberry blackBerry stopped working suddenly

  Hi, I use Classic BB bought two months ago. everything works fine until I had the problem with the speakers. Here's what happened.

  1. I use headset and listen to the music during my last vol. removed the plug headphones while music that I have to get off the flight.

  2 home, dropped the phone in my office. It is the Prosecutor's office. but no damage or scratches on the phone.

  3. went to blutooth working, used to transfer music between computer and classic BB

  4. try to play and cannot hear any sound, but if I play audio in combined mode, i can hear music from front speaker top which is usually used to hear incoming phone calls - located beside the front camera on the section of the front upper.

  After playing for two days, finally decided to wipe the device but no luck.

  No alarm goes off, no sound incoming phone call, no sound during playback of videos. However my headphone works very well.

  I read a lot of articles do not know what the problem is.

  Sdgardne, finally managed to solve the problem. Apparently something to do with BBM calls voice and hands free kit. In fact, I used headphones Bose which is not standard BB. That's how it was resolved.

  After having had a problem, removed from the device and tested without luck, after a while, I received a call from my BBM contacts BBM voice telephony and surprisingly phone began to ring normally. From here all of the phone calls of income using the regular cellular network starts ringing normally, other applications like WhatsApp... etc working / rings as usual.

  Strange, but that is very well that I'm glad at the end.

  I used my Pearl for about 6 months now, I got from my cousin and had no protection on my phone. Because of this and my rough use togather, there are a lot of scratches on my phone and some cracks and bumps as well. Can someone help me get a new complete coverage of the body. Everything I find on the internet when I search covers is the doors of the battery or external rubber covers.

  I'm looking to replace the complete body of my Pearl, including side panels, the battery door and the front screen and the key board.

  Installed iOS 10 last night and overall it works fine, just a little problem.  In the list of favorites in the phone numbers have changed and I can't add those that I need.  For example, instead of having my wife office and cell phone numbers, there now work number my wife twice and no cell phone number.  I tried to delete the two entries for his work number and adding in it and its number of cell from scratch.  It would not add to the number of jobs, no problem, but when I chose the number of cells, it would not add it.  If I tried to add the number of cells first, he fails at his work number.  The only way I can add her cell number is if I delete his work of his completely contact card number and add the number of cells to your Favorites.  The problem is that as soon as I add the number of jobs at his contact card, it will default the favorite to work number and I'm right back where I started.  Help!  Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Only Apple could answer your original questions, but I doubt it has anything to do with rush or savings. However, speculation about how and why Apple does things are banned on the forum.

  With respect to the replacement, they generally do not replace phones for aesthetic problems as long as the unit still works normally. However, you have the opportunity to make an appointment at the Genius Bar and have Apple look at the device and an opinion. Don't be surprised if they do not replace it. And if the device is replaced, Apple can replace with refurb or news, depending on the stock. They replace not again due to a customer request.
