  Thank you for reaching out to the Community Support from Apple. I know how it is important to be able to effectively tap on your iPad, and I want to help you get things working again.

  What I would recommend starting with a reboot of base and if the problem continues, you can reset the settings on your iPad. Despite the fear two-step attention, this does not affect your data. All of your content will remain intact.

  You can always save your settings in iTunes or iCloud data before doing this reset. This link will guide you through backup if you choose to do so: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977

  What this does is actually reset some of your settings to factory default. This removes all data and applications, photos or contacts, but it removes all of your preferences for the Wi - Fi, Bluetooth, do not disturb, Notifications, general, sounds, contact ID, brightness & wallpaper and privacy, so we will have to define these things upwards after this reset.

  Do this please go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings.

• Why Firefox does not scroll the page when choosing & the cursor reaches the bottom of the screen

  The selection of text on a page of the screen when the cursor reaches the lower edge of the screen in Firefox (version 9.0.1) does not scroll. Other programs (including IE) do, so it doesn't seem to be a local computer problem.
  I don't see a setting in the page options that enables / disables this then what is the solution?

  Activate the module bar (Firefox > Options or view > toolbars;) CTRL + /) or find bar to make Firefox scroll the page while selecting the text (Ctrl + F).

  Thanks for the reply of Peter. Instead of UIConstants.SCREEN_HEIGHT, now I use Display.getHeight () - headerHeight-footerHeight. Given that Display.getHeight () is calculated accordingly when the virtual keyboard is open, so his works well for me.

This happens in all the applications I use.  I will allow me to scroll through 15 to 20 pages until I can stop and then need to find the orginial page, sure I was.  I don't know what o call it.  Tried to review several books in the borders and Barnes and noble but nothing helped.

• Why my VFM does not scroll

  In my application, I created a screen and I need to scroll down otherwise I can't keep everything on the screen, but I can't get anything to scroll unless I have create some sort of list.   I have a VerticalFieldManager. I add a LabelField unique to it. His text is long, so it spills over the bottom of the screen. My application shows that there is more text with the vertical scroll arrows. However, it will not scroll down. The same layout with a bunch of buttons works fine, scrolling works without problem.

  Is there something special we have to do for long LabelFields, for its parent VerticalFieldManager to scroll?

• Web browser only zooms, does not scroll

  Completely new to Palm here.  Had the pre over one week on Verizon.  Because I think it's a minor problem that I can't understand and it makes me crazy.  I have a search on these forums and did not find anyone with a similar problem that worries me, but I maybe just a fool.

  When I use the web browser and you want to scroll, I have my single finger tip up and down on the screen as Palm instructed.  But instead of scrolling, the page zooms in and after that the buttons of navigation (forward, refresh) are disabled (touch does nothing).  If the problems I encounter are:

  1. I can't scroll.  The scrolling gesture translates only by zoom.

  2. after zooming, navigation buttons are disabled.

  Anyone run into this?  Is this a bug or I am doing something wrong or is there a setting somewhere that I have to change?

  Typing on the screen would be zoom and slide you your finger on the screen to scroll.

  Are you lift you your finger off the screen while trying to scroll?

  Is occurring on a particular web page?

  If the answer to both these questions is no, then you have need to perform a reboot from the device information, select Reset Options, and then restart. You can also delete cookies and the cache in the browser in the drop-down menu at the top of the preferences page select, and then choose clear Cookies, clear Cache. You may want to try to clear the cookies and cache first before you try from the restart.

• Mobile site, not scroll with composition of widget

  Since I use Muse 2015, whenever I exported a mobile Web site that contains a composition of widget (in this case, it is a testimony of the slider), when the mobile page wants the cursor (which fills the mobile screen) you can not scroll.   1. place a 'Compositions' library of Muse.

  2. place this 'Compositions' in your background layer (its depends on the item you want on top)

  3. Select the "Compositions" and turn on the PIN to the sensitive page (Note: reactive PIN is essential,! no static PIN!)

  4 If you use "hide all initially" and "Trigger on Top" then you should select only trigger the layer panel and PIN the statically in the Page (Note:!) Only for relaxation, not to pin the area target!)   This way your trigger will stick to the page and only the target will have function of scrolling to it container.
