Screen says unable to access the internet. When trying to navigate.
I have down loaded the firefox program. It opens correctly to the search page. When I try to browse the internet after typing in my search, the next screen that appears shows unable to connect to the internet. I can browse through Explorer windows without any problem, so I know that I have an internet connection. I made sure that the firewall will allow the fire fox program. At this point, I am at a loss. If it's important, I am running the new windows 8 64-bit. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
If it's the subject: home page, then that is a build-in the page that is not needed and use the internet access.
One possible cause is security software (firewall, antivirus) that prevents or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

Firefox is unable to access the internet
Hello
Firefox is unable to access the Internet. Internet in the phone works, because all applications in my phone are able to access the Internet. I tried to access several different web pages. Their work. The screen is all black, no error messages appear. The strange thing is that Firefox Sync seems to be able to connect to the server, and I can download plugins.
Best regards

My son says that there is an update last night when he was on the computer and the browser only, that we can use to access the internet now is Windows Internet Explorer. I tried all of the recommended patches and it still does not work.
Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox and all the leftover program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps one by one:
- Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
- Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click Exit in the file menu or Firefox) and confirm all future messages.

IMPORTANT: Under Windows, the uninstall program has the option to remove your personal data and settings. Make sure that you have not check this option. If not all of your bookmarks, passwords, extensions, customizations and other Firefox data user profile will be removed from your computer.
After uninstalling Firefox on Windows, delete the folder of the program "Mozilla Firefox", located by default in one of the following locations:
- (Windows 32-bit) C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- (On 64-bit Windows) C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
- Go to the Windows Start menu and click on 'computer '.
- In the Explorer window that opens, double-click on disk Local (c) to open the C:\ drive.
- Find the folder "Program Files (x 86)" or "Program Files".
- On 32-bit Windows, double-click the Program Files folder to open it.
- On 64-bit Windows, you'll see a folder "Program Files (x 86)" AND a "Program Files" folder. Open the Program Files (x 86) folder.
- You are looking for a folder of Mozilla Firefox . If you find one, right click and select delete and confirm that you want to move the folder to the trash.
Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:

WRT160N is unable to access the internet but who still have network connectivity
I have a PC attached by a cable and a PC and a laptop connected wirelessly to my router. Someone knocked taking sheets, so I reconnected it and now I can't access the internet even if I still have access to the network and I can get readers shared on all machines. I can ipconfig all machines and get Ip etc. I ping too the other machines on the network, but Firefox and IE will not go to the internet
I plugged the cable directly from the modem to 2 machines and get internet access. I rebooted router, modem, and workstations many times. I even put in the disk of router and crossed all configurations, once more and it went well but still the same result.
I have no wireless phones, but they have a wireless printer that I bought a few weeks but dounbt that this would hinder.
The router is only a few months old, ideas?
Your router could have lost configuration settings and may need to be reconfigured.
Since you're online with the modem then you reconfigure router following this.

Google chrome does not work it says "unable to access the network.
I'm stuck with internet explore
Hello
1. were you able to use Google Chrome on the computer?
2. you remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?
Follow these methods.
Method 1: It is most likely your anti-virus program blocks Chrome to access internet.
Temporarily disable antivirus software, and you are trying access Google Chrome
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
Method 2: If this does not help, you can uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome.
Uninstall or change a program

I have built in wireless antenna on my Dell s3120n, which is connected to a modem 7500 Westell, internet remote access. Once I unplug the dsl cable I have only local broadband access, no internet. Not sure if my wireless antenna work either (adapter wireless 802. 11 b/g), I downloaded the updated driver and installs to USB ports and antenna on my desktop but the ports will not recognize an inserted USB adapter. Help, please
Hello
You can refer to the following steps:
Step 1.
1 connect to your router (by typing 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in the address bar) and connect. Check your user manual or documentation if you don't know the references of logon.
2. make sure that you are in Setup-> basic configuration category.
3. scroll down until you see "DHCP Server" - if it is disabled, select 'enable '.
4 enable DHCP if you want, you can change the number that starts the DHCP IP setting. (This is optional)
5. use the DNS servers provided by your ISP. There are many DNS servers out there. It is preferable to use your ISP if possible.
6. scroll and click 'Save Settings'.Step 2.
1. click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. go in network and sharing Center , then click on change the parameters of the map.
3. right click on Local area connection and choose Properties.
4 Select Internet Protocol Version 6 , and then click Properties.
5. click on DNS server automatically get an address , then press OK.
6 select automatically an IP address to get.
7. repeat the steps for Internet Protocol version 4 as well.I hope this helps.

I just clicked OK when the program asked me to allow updates. This is the updates for Windows. Now I can't get online, can not verify the e-mail. I rebooted several times. No joy. The error message says I have a missing atl100.dll file. I need this computer today. I'm currently on my wife's computer. Need to download and install this file atl100 on my flash drive, carry it in the room and somehow install it on my computer. help please.
original title: missing TL100. DLL
Which requested program allow updates? If you say that it is windows update, use system restore to return to a period prior to this update
This dll is not a file of win7 default MS
You can search for a dll and install it, first off you don't know what you actually download and you can not just copy of a dll to a PC, it does everything just like that.
PS, You must have a very large flash drive if it is a struggle to wear it :)
