  Hi, I had this problem for over a month now. When I watch a movie on Netflix, the video seems normal if I keep it to a smaller size, but if I liked or full-screen, the video will begin to Flash and jump. It is irritating enough while watching regular TV shows, but prevents from watching action movies.

  I called Netflix initially, and they had me uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, but the problem does not go far. Usually, I use Firefox, but I tried on Chrome and the same problem persists. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again later than yesterday, but still no change.

  I have a MacBook Pro (late 2008) and am Mac OS 10.7.4.

  I don't think it's a problem with my internet speed, that we have a package for streaming video, and my roommate has no problem watching instant Netflix to the TV with a PS3.
