  You may have installed one or more variants of the malware "VSearch' ad-injection. Please back up all data, and then take the steps below to disable it.

  The first three are clearly not VSearch files because the names do not match the above models.   Dear all, I have my torch 9860 and facing a serious issue that all track pad and keys, including the menu key, the escape key, call key, lock screen and volume keys keys do not work. However, its touch screen works very well and you can write words by using the keyboard. You can also scroll by using the touch pad, but when you press keypad enter the command, it does not work.   I have a Pavilion dv7, model: dv7-3060US notebook.  I upgraded my OS from Win 7 Home Premium to Win 7 Ultimate.  Since the upgrade, scrolling on the Touchpad, (is is not off,) no longer works.  More, the touch volume control does not work properly.  The small speaker above the keyboard icon does not turn orange when the sound is muted and the volume on the screen bar no longer displays when you adjust the volume.

  I saw other models with the same issue, but have not found an ad for my particular model.  Where can I find a solution to this problem

  With regard to the volume bar, follow these steps.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When finished, restart the computer and let Windows load completely.  Open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When this has completed, restart the computer again.

  Question for the TouchPad, first download the latest program install Synaptics driver from the link below and again, Save in your downloads folder.

  Then, open windows control panel, open programs and features, right click on the entry "Synaptics Pointing Device Driver" and choose uninstall.

  Fill & sign a form in Adobe CD and print the form fields:

  (1) open the document.

  (2) click on tools - prepare the form. All fields are displayed in a vertical list in the bottom right of the screen.

  3) click on the first field in the list, scroll to the bottom of the list and shift-click to select all.

  4) click on the first field in the document, make a right click, select Properties.

  (5) on the general tab, uncheck the box locked in the lower left corner. Under field properties common form, select Visible and uncheck the read-only box, close.

  (6) print out and save the file.

  Note: even if you select all the fields in the document in step 3, this procedure may work for the fields on page 1. In this case, repeat steps 3 through 5 for each subsequent page.
