Thank you

Looks like you also chipped the lower corner of the bottom cover. The grid side is part of the cover of the next lower whole. The reference is 1MT2K. Call 1-800-357-3355 Dell spare parts and ask for prices and availability of the Dell reference. Or simply search the Web for the part number.

  • Odd - reboot has really a stop, and al.

I have a MacBook Pro with a couple, 3 really, questions and I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on what is happening.

A friend gave me his mid 2009 MacBook Pro model 5.5 because it didn't work well for him once he replaced the whole entire lid.  The original was seriously cracked and it replaces itself.

He told me that the screen turns off after 5 to 10 minutes of use and the fan ran all the time, so he thought it was time to replace it so he gave me the laptop.  It is currently running 10.6.8.

After using for a few days, I have determined that the battery is very low and was causing me the laptop stop after a few minutes of use, even with the laptop plugged.  I think that the battery was in a bad state that it was draining the power even if it was plugged.  I unplugged the battery and just having the charger plugged and now the MBP stays on all the time.

It's that has left me speechless now that I need help on other issues.

    1. the fan runs all the time, and I hear all the time.  As soon as you press the power button on the fan gets to what is perhaps not at full speed, but it is significant, 3,000 (?) rpm of maybe.  Until the operating system is already started, before the bong never rings, until the screen logo gray Apple, the fan works.  I did the reset SMC and LANDAU.  Wifi in the menu bar icon says "No card installed Airport", which is probably a result of installing the cover itself.  The replacement cover, he got a person had inside Airport card or it didn't connect the cables when you fix the cover to the case.  I wonder if it can be related to that.  Any ideas?

    2. a kernel_task works with high CPU all the time.  It starts about 2 or 3 minutes after logging into his account and is used about 90% CPU according to activity monitor.  In safe mode, it works only 3.4%, so something is raising with a normal startup.  There are no startup item and any current application running when I see that.  Should I look for something in the Extensions folder (not sure what to look for), or the LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons folder (ditto)?  How can I determine what is the cause?

    3. restart acts as Shutdown.  No matter how to choose "Restart", within their account or when you connect, the computer stops and never restarts.  When I installed Snow Leopard and said he had to turn it back on, it does not restart, it stop and I had to be able to save.  What is the cause?

I erased the disc and did a re-install Snow Leopard costs, but there is no change to these questions.  I'll have to ask him how he cracked his original screen.  There is no evidence of the abandonment of the laptop, but who knows what might have happened.

I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this laptop, but if anyone has any ideas on the three mentioned above, I'd be happy to hear from you.

  • Compatible with ip67 g3 backshell motorcycle? (Photo added)

Back cover of my motorcycle G Turbo started squeaking after two weeks of normal use. I am told by the Motorola India, Flipkart and bike service center who, unlike their counterpart USA site, they have no option for coverage back purchase... wherever you are! I was told by Flipkart to buy this (http://www.flipkart.com/motorola-back-replacement-cover-moto-g-3rd-gen/p/itme8nz4xzqmfu93?otracker=p... ... Finally. Is this fully compatible with turbo IP67 g motorcycle, motorcycle g3 with only certification ipx7 and it is a Moto G3 back cover. This free replacement cover (reading-bought) will compromise the IP67 certification? Replies welcome, also of the people of Motorola.

It's the same for me. They have both the rubber seals at the top, not big thing to trick you or to be different. I guess that the 6 in the ip67 (dust penetration) has nothing to do with the back of the phone, but how the screen, speakers and microphone and headphone jack are sealed.

  • Can I repair the screen my e260R plastic? heeeeelp

I had damaged the screen plastic that protects the screen, so I want to know if, because I feel so angry, that can be solved

If you or scratched the outside cover of the player and not the LCD below, then it is a simple matter of replacing it. 4 screws on the back; Remove the battery (just like a cell phone) and 4 other screws and the front are loose.

That's the simple part... now, where do you find a replacement cover? There aren't 'parts' by say sold by SanDisk or anyone else. Your only action is to buy a 'brick' or otherwise 'AS-IS' player someone on E - Bay. The good news is that there are some choice. The bad news isn't bidding usually starts very low, sometimes it can go up quite a bit, even on a dead unit. And sellers are trying to compensate and reduce their losses by charging pretty outrageous shipping costs. I saw an ad yesterday for 2 units e260 dead; No USB cable, without headphones, no nothing except 2 dead units. They sold for $2,25... pretty good except the seller charged more than 11 dollars for shipping! Give me a major rupture. It would HAVE cost $3 for shipping and an autre.50 to $1 for a padded envelope; but 11 MALES?

Also, there IS really no scratches on the screen or the coverage of these small pictures on E - Bay. And of course, sometimes they use photos of 'stock', not the 'real' unit Therefore, based on the description of the seller. You can, of course e-mail the seller and him ask questions on this subject before you bid on it (if you have the time).

Overall however, it is better to buy a new player, so watch property & offer carefully. This isn't something that you will be able to fix tomorrow. It sometimes takes a while to find the "just the right" and offers on and there is no guarantee that you will earn it. So patience and diligence are certainly necessary virtues!

Yet one thing... you don't necessarily have to get one of the exact same model as yours. All Sansa e200 series are essentially the same case; It's just the memory chip inside that determines the model and the storage capacity. In order to shop for any "bricks" Sansa e200 series, not just an e260 (R). I know that there, there is a lot of e250 and more you (e280 > e270 > e260 > e250 etc.) the cheapest, they are on E - Bay.

At least you don't have a CLIP or a ROCKET and you POUVEZ disassemble. If you pluinami one of those, you're sol!

Good luck & let us know how it turns out.

  • Dell UP2414Q (bought used, scratches on the screen. (Help!)

    Hi all

I just got a Dell UP2414Q monitor 4K from a seller on eBay who claimed the device was in excellent condition.  I know, I know... buyer beware you.  Anyway, there are scratches on the screen that I find unacceptable.  The seller does not accept returns.  I did receive the unit for a very low price and feel that I can make my money selling on craigslist, while being totally honest with his condition.

But before that, I was curious to know if there was something I could do.  Heck, I like to keep this monitor, but I can't stand the scratches (maybe I'm just picky).  So the question time:

-I know that some products have a thin protective layer on the current screen (for example many cell phones).  Is this the case with the UP2414Q?  I could just buy a replacement cover?  And if I could, it would be easy to repair?

-Dell would actually be wiling to repair the device for me?  It is difficult to reach directly they like customer number, serial number, etc that I did not like it was purchased second-hand.

Oh well, thanks for any help, guys!

No, there is not a removable protective layer. Unfortunately, Dell won't repair monitors, sells components to monitor nor have the documents of disassembly.

  • Studio 1535 problem!

Every so often, the touch button that triggers the volume becomes "stuck." I can only temporarily get rid of the problem by stopping the computer. After I turn the computer back on, it makes a very strong beep then to work, most of the time, normally. Also, my mouse stops from time to time in the middle to move. Help, please! I don't want to have to send my laptop if it is repairable.

    Thanks for all your help.

In which case it is important, I am running Vista Home Premium on my Dell Studio 1535. I'm fairly certain I have all BIOS and drivers updated.

A Dell technician came home yesterday and replaced the hinge on my 2 new mobile studio (which is the cover plastic etc. which contains buttons to control the media, that is to say, increase volume, decrease volume, ejects,.).  He said it is a quite widespread, apparently the son problem and/or connection on the underside of the lid were defective.  Anyway, booted two laptops many times and it appears the problem has been resolved.  So, for all those of you with the ringtone to start problem, taped, volume key up to eject stuck, this is the solution.  You must have Dell send a technician to your home/business to replace the hinge cover, or, if you are able, they might send you the replacement cover, and you could do it yourself.  I watched the technician do the job, it's a little complicated.  IT IS THE SOLUTION.  IF I HAVE FURTHER PROBLEMS DURING THIS OR OTHER, I'LL POST BACK HERE.  Good luck!

  • Subscription to newsstand

Sprint 20 and a viewer to the multi-probleme Viewer application with iTunes subscription, newsstand.

In iTunes Connect, there you present the problems one by one, or create an RSS feed. What features does in a DPS Viewer? I only sent a number through the interface of iTunes connect, yet I have three issues published so Adobe distribution. The subscribe button works, questions appear, with the most recent coverage showing in the newsstand - that is not the issue, concluded iTunes Connect. I'm curious to know if this is an unused with DPS?

The second part - when I published a new edition, will I need to present the cover art, the question id, description, date, publication etc. in Itunes Connect? Or go back to the first question, if this does not appear be serve a purpose?

    Dave

The RSS has no effect on DPS applications at this time. Your application displays first Newsstand cover that you specify in the generator of spectator. Whenever you publish a new folio, one of the preview of the cover of the folio images replace cover image for the newsstand in your application. None of the pictures of the kiosk cover that you specify in iTunes Connect are actually used.

  • How is it difficult to replace the cover on a NB305-N410?

Hi all - stupidly enough I opened my netbook on a small and lit the candle (!)  :-(.

Now some of the back cover has melted and discolored, but the netbook seems to work very well.
Can I order a new cover to without great expense, but how much work is it to replace?
I can only find things on YouTube concerning the replacement of the screen and it looks complicated.

I'll take it into a store to do the replacement, but they charge for 15 minutes.
Is that what I could do myself or better not?

Any info would be much appreciated.
    Thank you!!

    Miriam

Yes, the replacement of the rear façade is delicate and difficult if you have no experience in disassembling laptop
In addition there is no maintenance for download manuals if you don't have any instructions to do

If you have someone who could do this work for you, then you should take this chance
I think that it s not worth to risk a part of the damage only to save money that I spend a few dollars in order to have a good laptop.

  • XE satellite 3000 - display replacement catch cover.

I wonder if someone can help me.

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite XE3000 that needs a new TFT "clip." Its the one that holds the screen as well as the bottom of the laptop.

Its only which is held in the body of the screen by two clips small peg plastic type and it has a spring on the item itself. Its one of the tweezers plastic that broke on my. The complete press in the clip part must be replaced.

The color of the laptop is pale grey in case someone found where I can get a part for it. I have been looking around but can't find anywhere who would do it.

I just need not cover the entire screen clamp.

    Thank you

    Hello, Neil

I put t believe that there are many options:
-Google all over the place. Maybe you will find some portable part offering
-Also check eBay. You will find laptops very often defective
-Contact the Service partner and try to order it if possible
-wait and maybe you will be lucky that some users of the Forum has this part for you.

  • Of cover and hinges replacement broken on Satellite Pro L100

    Hello

I'm hoping to find some more info if I can. I have a Satellite Pro L100 and I got it for about 15 months, for the second time again the lid cracks around the hinge area, it is now out of warranty! I know that I need to replace the lid and the affair around the screen, but I need to replace the hinges as well?

I na? t really wants to spend on the case if the problem will come back, thank you.

    Hello

I also suggest exchanging the hinges, too, because the material probably weakly started and I think that if you simply exchange the cover and the case, you will have the same problem after a while.

The new hinges should be harder and last longer...

    I think ;)

    Welcome them
