  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  We have designed a search custom as an aspx page that uses the Indexing Service to search for content in a set a which coexist document types (doc, pdf, xls, etc.)

  We moved to a Windows Server 2003 Indexing Service to Windows 2008 and since the Indexing Service has stopped the search pdf files. The search returns only another type of pdf files.

  On the new server where the Indexing Service, I installed Adobe PDF iFilter 11 for 64-bit platform, I think it's the plugin the Indexing Service uses to find the content of pdf files.

  Does anyone got the Search Indexing Service content in PDFs on Windows 2008 server?

  Try to triple - click the text you want to select - it can sometimes be difficult to select text in a document converted. If this does not work, it could be that the PDF document is created from a scanned document and OCR is not enabled when you converted the document. (However, OCR is activated by default when converting via ExportPDF site.)

  If you are unable to select text by triple-click, let us know. I'd be happy to look more closely at your files.

  First of all, my apologies for wading in with a question that may have been invited. Searching the forum does not get the sound, but I don't know that I searched with the right conditions.

  I am trying to delete all the text in a PDF vector images to leave behind - how can I use the images as a test. I don't mind if it is a solution as all the white text, as long as it is invisible in the document.

  I thought that it would be reasonably simple, but I've been looking around about a day now and no luck. I installed the pdfbox library that had a code example for this snippet, but my abilities runs short.

  Any ideas?

  I use Acrobat 9 Pro on Mac OS X 10.7.2 v9.4.6 If that helps.

  One thing you can do is create a new correction control upstream that affects all text objects on a layer, you can disable. The category of the correction is "Layers" and upward correction type is 'Object Put on layers', and the object type is 'text objects '. You will need to provide a layer name, which appears in the layers Panel on the left after you run the fix, save, close, and reopen.
