  To complement the excellent response from Howard, I have a few images to help explain the process.

  1. open your image and make sure you have the layer of the photo selected in the layers panel.

  

  2 using the Lasso tool, draw a selection for the part of the photo you want to stand alone.

  

  3. in the top menu, choose layer > New > Layer via Copy or layer via Cut (I'll show you examples of these two options!)

  Here is a new layer via copy. The part that cut you is now a new layer, but the original image is always full!

  

  This is the original layer. It's still there in its entirety, you have just a new layer with a copy of your selection sitting above it.
  

  

  This is a new layer via cut.

  

  Yet once, it creates a new layer with the selection, but this time your original image will have a hole where your selection used to be.

  

  I hope that this has been a nice complement to Howard's response. It is important to ensure that the active layer you have selected is the layer that you want to use the Lasso tool on.

  When my script main glitched out, forcing me to divide it into different projects, it took me almost 4 hours just to copy things up with another 20 minutes to load the file glitched.

  Then I had to go and pre-made everything new to work my edits in place.

  Even if everything is properly set up to 90%, I still have to wait for the entire sequence finish the pre-rendered.

  As above, in Vegas Pro, I simply select a part of the timeline and the sticks of pre-rendered to this area.

  I saw an article that said that you might create on edge and use it for rendering, but it doesn't seem to be something CS6.

  Roxio CD and DVD is NOT a part of Vista, but it may have come with other software on your PC from the manufacturer.  When you crashed, how are you on the recovery?  Did you do a clean reinstall?  Did you use a recovery disk provided by the manufacturer or a recovery Partition created by the manufacturer, or have you used a Vista disk?

  If you used disks of recovery or a recovery of the manufacturer Partition, then you need to discuss with them because they produce these discs - not Microsoft (and they may be able to solve the problem or refer you to a site where you can download the program or email the file to you or something - or send you the replacement of the recovery with the software on this disc so always available - possibly for one) small fee).  If you used a Microsoft disc, then this program is not on the disc and why he is not installed more.

  Hello Petar,

  You're in luck. Photoshop CS5 is the first version to come with Content Aware Fill. You can use this to clear transparent objects, such as your net. Try to take a look at this video, that should help you to do exactly that:
