  -> Output file, or by clicking on the red X in the upper right, should work.

  CTRL-Q should work unless there is a Windows keyboard command that replaces it.

• Selection of selective color using masks

  I suspect the question has been asked, but I can't seem to find an answer that meets my needs, so if this is a FAQ, please just tell me what exact phrase searching?

  My problem: I want to make B & W of a crowd image, but keep the color on all the yellow shirts.  It's not hard to do on one or two shirts, because you can go and select them manually using a desaturated adjustment layer, but in this case I can not manually select all the yellow shirts that there are simply too many proudly South African football fans .  The enhance-> Adjust color-> replace color almost works, but it changes the selective colors.  I want to change the whole picture except for a selected color.  This isn't its too complicated but I can't seem to find the answer to my question here or on Google.

  If there is a way to get a mask of the "changed" colors of the enhance-> Adjust color-> color replacement function, which may operate as you can then apply the inverse of the same mask change except the red shirts.  Maybe there is a better way...   I'm new to Photoshop (using PS elements 5) but cannot imagine that anyone else has ever had this problem.

  Try this, if it is not much of another yellow in the picture:

  Use the magic wand to select shirts. Clear the adjacent check box and you have to play with the tolerance, but it's doable. Then select > Inverse.

  Layer > new adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation and Desaturate.

  You can give your selection a 1-pixel feather (select > feather) if the edges are not too strong, before making the new layer.

  It's a bit complicated to explain, but here go us. I have excel 2007 and since we moved to this new version when I am selecting a column and then run the search function in this column of the cell that has the information I'm looking for is almost in the same color as the column of highloghted all that makes it VERY difficult to see. How can I change the color of the column selected to be darker so then white blood cells stand out? Hope that makes sense. Thank you

  I'm new to ADF. I use Jdeveloper 11.1.2.4 version.

  My requirement is when I chose several lines, color of the line should be changed to red.

  I dragged and dropped ViewObject of the Department in the form of a table on a page and RowSelection to the multiple. I need color of selected lines/lines to be past to red. How can achieve us?

  I wrote the method selectionListner on the table, in which I get the details of the selected line. How can we apply color to selected lines.

  How about you create a variable temporary level VO with a default null value.

  Now on the selection listener retrieves the current line and change the value of this variable 'Y '.

  In the inlineStyle write an EL, if the value of this variable is 'Y' changes the color.

  What technology do you use? ADF Faces? You use the count? When the click on the button set a variable scope/bean. On the next page, set the af inlineStyle: document with scope/bean variable that you define in the login page.

  Hey guys, I use color range on my picture but its not to select the specific color I equipped already. as for example (I have orange and I want all the orange in my work selected, but he chose gray).   Below the image in the color range dialog box there the selection value. Therefore, it is show what the mask would look like that is always gray.

  By clicking on image should show what colors are selected.

• Paint Bucket tool is not filling with the selected color version instead faded to

  I use photoshop for a long time and never had this problem with the bucket of pain tool. It's very frustrating. I want to just use it as usual, when I select a color and filled color faded version instead.

  Worse comes to worse, right-click on its ' Options Bar icon and Reset it.

  I am quite familiar with the selection of the range of colors in the previous version of Photoshop and used regularly. I decided to try, as simply as possible, using a flat image (not layers) and try to choose the colors. I increased the contrast of the image in order to make the shadows and lights much easier to get out.

  I explored setting the size of the sample at the sample up to 3 x 3 and 5 x 5. I also put my screen resolution to 2880 x 1800 (to reduce the possibility of problems of anti-aliasing).

  It will not make any selection, using the eyedropper sample.

  Using other options will work, as the highlights, shadows, skin tones, etc, but it won't do anything with sampled colors.

  SOLVED!

  At least for me. I didn't trash the preferences file and now its range of colors works as it should. You can possibly have the same chance.

• Illustrator CS3 - Print - output - allow me to select color separations

  Hello

  I'm printing for the first time.  The process of preparing should be really simple right?  Separate the layers of color, using Illustrator, then print each layer on transparent sheets.  Well, I'm about to lose my mind.

  The image is CMYK, it is a unique spot color (I think) which is red and the contours are black.  The printer is a Canon ix6500.

  I can't separate the colors in Illustrator CS3?  Why?  When you select Print > output > Mode > it won't allow me to select the halftone colors.

  I tried to solve this problem by selecting the printer > Adobe Postscript and PPD > Canon ix6500 series.  It allows me to select the colors dithered, but then it will not print, it only saves it in PDF format and print such what.

  Help, please!  Any advice would be appreciated!  I'm going out of my mind here!

  Hey everybody!

  I found the solution! So here are the steps, I hope people out there could benefit from this :-)

  This is what worked for me using a Mac and a non-postscript (Canon iX6540), Illustrator CS6 printer, PostScript known as Scribus downloaded software.  My drawing was created in Illustrator and all colors have been Pantone solid coated spot colors.

  These are the specifications that must be selected in the print dialog box:

  General

  • Predefined print: custom
  • Printer: Adobe PostScript file
  • PPD: Lisanet PDFwriter

  Output

  • Mode: Separations (host-based)
  • Ink Options panel can present spot colors that appear in your design.

  Then you save it :-)  This will save as a PostScript file.  To open it, you will need a software PostScript.  One who seems to have done the trick is to Scribus.

  I am under photoshop CS3 in a macbook pro on windows xp, and I want to add a color to something in my image. I used "selective" (layer > adjustments > selective correction) to add a color to a dress of whitish appearance that is worn by a character that I created in photoshop before, but even when I move the slider to + 100%, the color is still too washed out (will add pictures later).

  I know from experience using Photoshop CS 3 in my old laptop (a HP Compaq Presario X 6000 running windows XP) that to obtain the depth of color I want in the dress of my character, I wouldn't move the slider all the way to 100%. Is it possible to fix this so I can get the same number of colors, I got when I used my old laptop?

  PS When I choose "selective" a dialog box appears. I left the settings in this dialog box because they are seen in the image, and you click 'ok '.

  There is a checkbox at the bottom for relative and absolute - absolute control, its probably what you were using before.
