Selector application - Mac apps "opening force", see screenshot

Hi, the strangest thing just started happening. I have never seen it before. See attached screenshot. My application switcher function (when I press command + tab) shows now 2 separate with icons in box areas. The Chrome icon on the left says "Mac" and I have no idea what it is or how it got there. I had force the computer to shut down today because first of all, it's Safari which was in this area 'Of Mac' on the left. I force shuts down the computer, and when it restarts, it now has the Chrome icon in there. It won't go away, and I can't stop the machine because commissioning the application keeps on its own. I emptied my items folder of the entire opening in my user preferences. There is no startup in this item. Yet, it takes forever for my mac started lately, and now it is happening. No one knows what it is and how to make it stop? Thank you

iMac 21.5 inches, end of 2013

Processor: Intel Core i5 at 2.7 GHz

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory

Oh well, now I see that it was because I had my macbook open air at the same time and there is no sync past... don't know how to remove my original question

    Well, it turns out, it seems that I was right.  I just received confirmation in the family Custom Photoshop community thread that I started that in fact Photoshop Elements does not work on a case-sensitive volume.  If you have a case-sensitive volume, it is also your problem.  So, I'm leaving for the Mac App Store to see about a refund.  Wish me good luck.

    Try to open it while holding down the SHIFT key.

    Try restarting your Mac in safe mode:

    -Stop your Mac

    -Wait until your computer turns off and after that press the power button

    -Just after you hear the startup tone, press in and hold the SHIFT key

    -Release the SHIFT key when you see a gray Apple sign and the progress under this sign bar

    -Turn off your Mac and turn it on again after 30 seconds

    Of application are what type you referring? If the app is in the launch area, then you will see the progress bar just below the icon on your dock launch pad. If you want to see the progress of an application that is not in the launch pad, then if you look at the Mac App Store update page, it shows the progress just below bar app that it is updating.

    Is your iPhoto iPhoto 9.4.3 or iPhoto 9.4.5 version?

    I found a solution that works for me...

    1 goto /Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources

    2 delete the files 'googlemap.html' and googlesearch.html

    IPhoto no longer crashes, site does not work, but it doesn't bother me too much.

    Let me know if it works for you guys...

    Deletes two files "googlemap.html" and the googlesearch.html of iPhoto application bundle prevents the JavaScript running inside and causing the accident.  To access the files inside the iPhoto application select it in the Finder and ctrl-click on it. Then use the command "Show Package Contents" from the menu.  Open the content subfolder and then resources.

    Do not try this fix without making a copy of the iPhoto application before trying to delete the two files of the entire application.

    I use Steam to play games, I recently installed Trove which began to hang Steam (and not run) rarely when I clicked on the play button.

    Restart the computer in safe mode. Some caches maintained by the system will be rebuilt.

    Safe mode is much slower to start up as normal. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

  • Custom apps open, Manager application Adobe keeps trying to connect?

    I have the creative cloud suit, it worked perfectly in the past. I ran some updates last night, then tried to open indesign. The adobe application manager window opens, I click on connect, it activates, new window and I click continue (normally indesign open at this stage). App Manager gets stuck in a loop me in signing and clicking on continue. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled. I deleted the file in the library folder, such as recommended. But still nothing works. Any help would be appreciated as have to work this weekend.

    I have 10 of PES in the Mac App store version. The files of my Nikon D700 NEF opens fine. My 1V1 Nikon NEF files only.

    Well, the thing with the app store version is that apple doesn't allow developers to set things up to the update that anyway except through the app store (IE, a new version each time, which adobe probably doesn't care to do it just to update the acr). You must manually update the ACR. The information is in this thread:

    It's for an older version, but you take the path even for the most recent. You can simply install the plug-in itself, if you don't mind not seen lens profiles, etc.

  • Creating Cloud applications will not open

    I'm on an iMac El Capitan 10.11.4 running. All my apps are up to date, but they will not open. The icons just bounce off the dock. Give a Ctrl-click "Application is not responding do not" and then I force quit. I restarted my computer several times, but that did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Someone please help!

    Please force quit Adobe all associated creative processes Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Office Services, Adobe, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon's Activity Monitor in Mac. Then, start Creative Cloud Desktop Application and reconnect.
