  I have iPhone with iOS 9.3.2 6 and I bought a wired stick selfie, tried to take a picture and nothing happened. Tried to charge my phone and download an app that reset all settings still do not work. I thought that the stick is broken, but then I got it for my brothers it go iOS iPhone 6 9.3.1 and it worked immediately. I can't think of any other problem that do not work. Maybe new iOS not recognize and block non-apple production. I'm really disappointed. Any suggestions what to do?

  Yes! It fixed the problem was in the audio port. Checked with a bright light and found a cotton ball in it. Now, a careful extraction with a toothpick and my IPhone 6 works perfectly

  The self-posting has stopped working on my 9000 "BOLD" for just text messaging. I don't know what is the exact name of the function, but it automatically displays an incoming text or e-mail provided I have remove the phone from the Holster with a few seconds of his arrival.   The feature is always working for email, but does not not for texting.

  I have a z10 connected to exchange 2013 via activesync.  Randomly, my selections "edit contacts folder settings" gets delivered to all contacts folders.  I also noticed when this happens that my contacts are all gone, and I have to disable/re-enable contacts sycn to retrieve them.  What happens on almost every blackberry on our system.  Recently, we migrated from groupwise to Exchange...  So this is a new installation of exchange, and perhaps're missing us a setting somewhere?

  We have also removed any contact folder except the "blackberry" folder we want synchronized, and it also erases random contacts on the phone.

  Everyone fell on this?

  It turns out that it's a bug...  They will be be fixing this issue in a future release.  They are making a KB36964 article that will soon be available to the public.

  What worked for me is to completely disable the synchronization of contact, and then turn it back on.  The question returned however...

  It was also noted that during these synchronization problems the PIM service would eat to the top of the stack and drainign in a few hours.

  I conclude that I should have been listening more to what is being said generally on the market like trying to spend my previous Blackberry Bold 9700 to my new Z10 using BlackBerry Link is a nightmare, just one question after another, it's ridiculous. My girlfriend has recently passed transparently a model of Sony to a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 in 10 minutes approximately. So far, I spend almost two days on it, absolutely crazy!

  Don't know what exactly how, but after several reboots my laptop, my old phone and the new, it seems to have worked ok now. Thank you for your interest and comments but I still say it was much more complicated that it should have been. I'm reasonably computer literate, but for those who are not, it is certainly something Blackberry needs to work!

  I try to lateral load of the self-signed certificates on the device for testing of the reasons (see various other misfortunes listed elsewhere).  Settings > Security > certificates he seems to have the ability to do.  I can't find any documentation as to where certificates must be located to be detected.

  Some research on Google mentioned something about the process in which concerns the PlayBook, but that requires that they be placed in the Cert folder on the device.  The Z10 is not this standard file and it is not possible (AFAIK) to create this folder at the root of the device.

  The Z10 has the same Cert folder in the same location as the PlayBook, and the installation of a certificate process is the same, so documentation on who should serve you well.

  The folder is visible through network sharing, when you turn on sharing in the settings and display from a PC on your network... in case it wasn't clear.

  My phone call log and SMS are rid of all calls and text messages 2 minutes after they are comlpleted.  I checked YES to save all the calls and sent display messeges in the General options settings and they are not always displayed in the folder.  Can someone tell me why my phone still deletes messages itself (against the settings)?  Thank you for your time.  -Neal

  My Pearl 8120 is currently faulty and must be replaced, I currently have all of my media stored on the memory card but I don't know how to find out if my SIM card holds all of my contacts or my memory stick is? ... Is there an easy way to find out?

  You can use your office manage the software for your backup device before you take it for repairs and then restore contacts to the replacement unit. When your unit is returned you can always use your backup to restore your contacts.
