Send for the recipients Signature signatures

Hello

I have a question regarding the signature of the recipient in the transmission of Signature plan. When recipients sign the document, their signature is saved for the next time, they will have to sign a document? Or do I have to sign manually everytime? Should they also have an account in order to save their signature? Using a free trial of Adobe DC eSign service, I know that my signature is saved so I have to click on the signature rather than sign box each time. I was wondering if it was the same for the recipients.

Thank you

Levi

Hello Levig97311307,

When the signatory signs the document, they can type in their name or can draw signing. If they don't have an active account, then their signature is not stored for future documents. In addition, they can download a scanned signature image in their account that they can apply to the signature field.

Let me know if that helps!

  • More space required for the automatic signature column after the email

    I believe there should be more space for the automatic signature after the email because it is easy for the receiver to know all the details of the sender for example name, designation, company name, address of the company, business logo, fixed line telephone amendments and our mobile phones and even the site.

    Other e-mail accounts provide more space for this purpose.

  • I can't find the password for the digital signature. How to create a new.

    Several months ago, I created a digital signature. Now, I need and that you do not have the password. I don't know how to create a new. Any suggestions?  I'm not a person 'tech' so if you have any suggestions please make it simple!

    Hello

    I'm sorry but there is no option to recover the password for the digital signature.

    You can create a new one by following these steps in Acrobat Reader ms.

    Edit-> preferences-> Signatures-> identities Trusted certificates $-> more and click on "Add ID".

    You will see another dialog box and choose according to your requirement in case you want to create a new one by using an existing ID or with a new ID.

  • Presentation of the ADF for the recipients display

    Hello

    JDev version: 11.1.1.7.2

    have a requirement to indicate the recipients contact in a window. I'm confused on what provision ADF must be used.

    Requirement is. To: < .input field > <. Contact name1 > <. Contact name2 >... |

    Contact names can be up to any number. So, if we take the maximum width, next contact should be in the next line.

    Currently I use a For: each iterator to browse a list mapped to the bean and show a text and a close button. It is wrapped inside a layout of the Group Panel with horizontal layout. I need to organize the collection of these group of Panel layouts in a different layout.

    As far as I know, the PanelGroupLayout can be horizontal or vertical. So it does not help me. PanelFormLayout arrranges contacts first vertically. So I can't use it here.

    Y at - it no other component of the ADF that can be useful? Or I have to write code and create components with different layouts programmatically?

    Hi user

    Use Panel group put in page inside iterator or forEach and set its style inline like this

    Display: inline-block;

    and then surround iterator or forEach with panelGroupLayout (default layout) and check

    When you check resumes maximum width it will automatically move to the next line

    As more than first level help desk people, they are idiots! They are lucky to know enough to pick up the phone if it makes a noise.

    If their network or range of IP addresses is blacklisted only they can fix.
    I would ask to have this comeback for someone who knows something.

    It is not your problem, and there is nothing to fix on your computer.

  • I don't know any password for the digital signature or the different menu options to remove the same. I need a new digital signature file, or the possibility of placing my signature on a document, as I did for years.

    Remove a digital signature, you need some other password that I do not have. It is clearly not the same as the one I use to connect to this Web site.

    I want to remove the old one and put in a new one, with a new password.  I have Acrobat XI running on a mac with OS 10.10.3.

    Hi Jimster,

    You can create a new without deleting the existing one.

    Open Acrobat > edit > Preferences > signature > identities & certificates secure > more > digital IDs > add ID.

    Let us know if you face any problem.

    Thank you!

  • ask the RCC signature even if not necessary

    Hello

    I have a blackberry bold 9000, os 5 and I develop an application that uses the RSA Cryptography.

    I've built and has signed the code when I got the code key of signing two months ago and I had no problem to start the application, I signed today once again this code because I need it for another application, but when I run the application, I get "net.rim.device.api.system.ControlledAccessException: missing CCS Signature Certicom functionality.

    the exception is thrown by:

    public RSAKeyPair generateKey() throws NoSuchAlgorithmException, UnsupportedCryptoSystemException, CryptoTokenException, CryptoUnsupportedOperationException, KeyStoreRegisterException {}

    RSACryptoSystem rsaCryptoSystem = new RSACryptoSystem (1024);
    Create a RSA key pair.
    Keys = new RSAKeyPair (rsaCryptoSystem);
    keyStore.addIndex (index);
    return of the keys;
    }

    but, looking at the documents, the class RSACryptoSystem or RSAKeyPair need for the RCC signature... maybe I'm wrong

    The build output should show the class that you use which requires the key to the RCC.

    Note that the key of the CCB has been replaced with CPR in 6.0, so it is more necessary when you are running BlackBerry Device Software version 6.0 or later.

    You can request a RCC key for free by contacting [email protected].  For the record, you will need one together existing keys to make the request (which you already have).

    I use outlook express 6 and I can receive an email of great but when I try to send it after making the necessary changes, i.e. the signature I get the message "too big for the server" responses I've seen so far tell me absolutely nothing

    Well, the error message says it all.  "" too big for server".

    There is a limit imposed by your ISP/mail server, which you don't mention.

    Not only the servers have limits on the size, this is not necessarily the same for incoming and outgoing messages.

    If you say you use the e-mail program and the name of your e-mail server, maybe we can shed light on the more specific issue, but the problem is definitely with them and not Outlook Express.

    P.S. I'm not sure what you mean by 'signature'
