  But if you want to restrict printing, this can be done using Acrobat Pro in changing document properties.

  There is no possible way to prevent users downloading the document.

  You can set the secure document by changing its properties using Acrobat Pro, so that the document can not be opened by after you download it as well.

  SketchUp files are not compatible. You might want the zip file and then send it everywhere.

  What file formats Adobe send & track supports?

  Send & track supports a large number of file formats, including the formats of files Adobe Creative Suite, files zip, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Track emission & also supports a number of audio and video formats.

  There are a few types of files that cannot be shared with track & emission.

  Excluded file types are:

  • (For example, TTF, DFONT, OTF) font formats
  • Formats of archives (TGZ, RAR, 7Z, SIT, JAR, WAR, CAB)
  • The system files and executable formats (EXE, DLL, JS, VB, bat, CMD, COM, CPL, SH, CSH, TCSH, KSH, BASH, ZSH, INF, HTA, HLP, INS, ISP, VB, JSE, LNK, MS, PIF, SCR, SHS, WS)

  I watched the tutorial on how to send and follow.  It looked so easy.  When I tried to do it myself for an important document, I need to send to my employer, he didn't do anything.  I kept clicking the button 'Send and Track' but nothing happened.  So, how can I do this?

• BlackBerry smartphones, what happened to "search by sender" and "search by topic" options in the hub?

  These last two days I get this pop up saying that they tried to charge my credit card for the payment of seven 25, but it appeared that my card had expired... as a courtesy, I until October 25, 2015 to upgrade my card to ensure continued access... There is a button to update now and a snooze button. I have not clicked on one of these buttons, just continued, sent the file, I was going to send and then on my account to check my card. My card info update is here so I did nothing else. Still, I get the same pop up saying the same thing. Again, I went in and checked the info from map and saved just in case... then I went to my account and the invoice for the same there he said I had until nov 2 to pay him by submitting to a certain address. This is just a little suspicious. I'm not this print and send credit card information, and the information I have here is correct. Any suggestions?

  I see that you have an active Adobe sending and service of track til October 25, 2016, as the card information has been successfully updated.

  You don't need to update the information again.

  When you try to send and to follow, I'm changing the default message, but in doing so, I can use more space. Anyone else having this problem?

  Today we released a hotfix that resolves this problem on space/line jump does not work in the transmission and the railway. If you're not already updated to the latest patch, simply open Acrobat and visit help > check for updates to apply this hotfix.

• Send and track: it supports the digital signature by the beneficiaries, and will it work in a Citrix environment?

  I have a user to ask questions on Adobe send & Track.  His intention is to use it to send documents to subcontractors/suppliers for the signature.  This service works in such a way?  His thinking is that it will give them a link to go to and view the document where they can digitally sign/approve the document, and it will warn him that he is ready, allowing him to download the newly signed document to the Cloud.  Looking at the product page that I don't see anything specifically mentioning it and it looked like it would send them a link to the document where they can download it, but then they would need to sign it and email back to him. * UPDATE * I see that it seems the License Pack PDF supports the signature.

  Whether the service will work as hoped, is there a problem installing in a Citrix environment?  All of our users use Citrix XenApp to access their Outlook mailboxes, and I wanted to make sure the plugin could be installed and only visible for / usable by it (we would need to install the plugin on about 6 different servers in the farm, but it wouldn't be 'active' in his profile).

• Having trouble using send and track in Outlook.

  When I attach a file, it asks me to connect with Adobe ID.  When I do that I am presented with a window empty with the words ' Welcome to Acrobat OAuth Page. " and I can't further without closing the window and start again.  Any ideas?

  If I close the last tab (on the left) to go back to my office, firefox attempts to load the reports to me that it cannot find the server and google Chrome.

  Apparently, I missed an option in the help section that prevents this. Any ideas?

  I got my lenovo ideapad y510 p 2 days I tried bluetooth once it was working, but after upgrade to win 8.1 didn't send or receive option in the bluetooth icon menu I reinstalled bluetooth driver please I help me I can't send or receive anything via bluetooth

  OK thanks I could solve my problem acually the solution was easier than I imagined

  Just delete the programs bluetooth driver and do not install again and I have the option in the menu and now be able to send and receive very normally

  There is no restriction on the number of files that you can send.

  However, for a free & buy account you cannot exceed a limit of 5 GB and 20 GB storage, respectively.

  The size of a file may not exceed 2 GB.
