Serious problems of payment | Pre paid annual subscription of CC | Refund

Earlier today, that I decided to get a pre paid annual subscription of creative cloud. But I didn't know it would be such a nightmare.
I got through the whole process of purchase and at the end, after inserting my credit card and billing information, kept demand loading forever. Tried twice, without success (with mastercard and Visa).
So I got in touch with technical support, who told me there might be a problem with my browser and asked to try again on another. I tried again, without success. So I called support again, it advised me to create another user (Adobe ID) and try to buy another time. Following the error. I had no subscription work.
As I once again they said has cancelled all requests, and I would not charge.
But as I saw some time ago with my credit card administrator, I took several times a year full subscription. But is does not work, not even a confirmation.
The support being offline at the moment, can someone at ADOBE Support take a look and cancellation/refund the other values in my two Adobe ID. I just need a subscription to work.

I contacted Adobe support and they helped to solve my problem:
My problem was with the "hosts" file using Adobe. Because of the way he wrote Adobe couldn't see my subscription and only saw me as a trial license.
I was instructed to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Mac and by accepting the agreement, once
Click on the chosen "Difficulty Host File" tab.
Click on "selected cleaning."
-This should fix the errors with your hosts file and allow your membership to be recognized!

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all. Subscription plans are your least expensive option on an annual basis, but do not continue to pay each year in order to continue using them. The alternative is to buy CS6 which is much more costly in terms of what you pay in the year (day).,... almost all of the costs.

An Adobe ID can be used to activate any subscription CC twice. If you need to have three Adobe ID different for each of the pre paid subscription so that they can be used.
If you keep the same ID for three CC, it will not activate the third time & ask that you activate it from the previous.
You can return two subscription & buy under different ID.

I subscribe to Adobe Student Creative Cloud, which requires an annual payment to renew my subscription.
