  We recently had to reinstall a server running Windows Server 2012 Essentials.

  We have reinstalled the wrench out of the key Windows Server 2012 Essentials on Tower Server. This key worked for a few days. Then the server started to complain that the key cannot be used. • MS Server 2012 error 0xC004f050 The Software Licensing Service reported that the product key is not valid

  PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

  This Windows server 2012 have formerly key license and smooth, but when I try to activate KMS or Volume Activation and install an update I forgot already, then all of a sudden, it starts to show the error build 9600. So I decided to run slmgr /upk to unistall to license, but when I tried to re - activate the license, this error appeared. I tried to activate it by Slui and in CMD, but still no luck. Someone please help me with this.

  If you have purchased the license Windows Server 2012, then you have also a serial key.
  You must use this key for activation.

  In any case, this is the information that I could find for you:

  If you buy Windows OEM Svr 2012 you can downgrade your OS to 2008 R2 2008.

  To downgrade, you have need to acquire Windows Svr 2008 Media and product key. Use the same media install and reach the local MS Activation Center indicating that you want to downgrade Windows Svr 2012 for 2008.

  Get a wil representing a help to downgrade it.

  I'm a developer attempts to deploy Windows Server 2008 R2 with Windows OPK.

  The machine, I am preparing has embedded OEM product key and Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (MGADiag.exe) shows the Type of product as ID:

  I remove the product key using the command as directed by the documentation:

  After the hoops and installation of the final image MGADiag.exe shows product Type ID as

  5 - retail

  What should be the ID of the final product? Selling retail or OEM?

  There is a point of entry in the answer file to enter the product key, but I am not implement OEM Activation and I have only a product key, I can't use (according to the license agreement). Then I left empty.

  Note in Windows 7 discussion because I use the preinstallation kit OEM also applies to it as well.

• Product key will not be upgraded server 2012

  I am doing an upgrade to Windows Server 2012 Datacenter to Windows Server R2 of 2012 that I downloaded from the MSDN site.

  If I boot from the CD and enter my product key, everything works fine and it won't let me install. Unfortunately when I try to do an upgrade to launch setup.exe when it is started in the OS that I want to date it does not work. I always get the following error message:

  "We could not verify the product key. Please check your installation media. »

  Some of the things I've tried:

  (1) tried several MSDN keys. I tried Datacenter, Standard licenses, etc. They work ever, but licenses are valid because they work fine while booting the disk. Tried it about 6 valid licenses altogether.
  (2) re-downloaded the disk (same result)
  (3) disabled network connectivity

  Whatever happens I can't license screen line... There is no way to 'jump' and it won't take one of my keys.

  I installed Windows Server R2 with smart supply a Proliant DL320e Server 2012 R2 and it bluescreens much. The blue screen message is a pretty no description "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE".

  The servers are offline on a clients site in a restricted environment so that they lack updates online.
  
  During this time, I downloaded the SPP Service Pack for Windows Server

  I contacted HP by telephone support and the solution is:

  Do not use smart supply when you configure your server, it is not supported and it will be randomly bluescreen with Windows Server R2 2012. You must install windows directly, so take your storage driver and copy it to a usb key and load the driver during the installation of windows.   I'm trying so install windows 2012 with this media in my Esxi 5.5.0, but the installation starts I get a message saying tha windows must only be installed in the hp machines.

  My doubt is that I am under esxi custom hp: VMware-ESXi-5.5.0-1746974-HP-5.72A.3-Jun2014.iso

  Why my windows does not recognize that I have do its installation on an hp machine?

  How could I solve this problem? Could I download another image of windows and activate it with my key product?

  I need to connect this printer to a Windows Server 2012 R2.  There is no driver for this version of the OS on the driver download page.  Is one of the other compatible drivers?  Is there a driver available somewhere?

  Customize Setup > step 1: copy the driver and software files > second method: copy the files from the web Pack

  In addition, you can click on the Windows Logo and the keys R on your keyboard and type folder in the Run dialog box, and then press OK.

  Open the installation folder that begins with the charadters (e.g. 7z1234) 7z, threshold there find you any required MSI file.

  You can copy the entire folder to another location for easy access...

  Hi MS supports,

  We have two Windows Server 2012 Standard which must be activated with the information of the right at the bottom of the windows desktop as shown in Figure 1.

  Then, I run the command slui and enter the product key to activate as shown in figure 2.

  Unfortunately, I got an error with already shown as Picture 3.

  Note,

  • I called the Activation Center as indicated in picture 4 in Norway to attempt activation by phone, but the CSR told me that they cannot generate the confirmation ID to activate the operating system.
  • The server is not connected and cannot be connected to the internet for internal use only.

  Can I have your help to solve the problem? and I also need to know the impact if it is not enabled.
