  You can try to install in compatibility mode and see if this will help; about the only other thing is you go on the game manufacturer and see if they have nothing else, you can try. Also, when I search the file msvcr110.dll from the Start button, two files appear as on my computer (regardless of whether or not I install the 2012 update).
