  I tried to install service pack 1 Windows update without success. I run download update of the tool of the system and also the windows online update the troubleshooter for Microsoft.   You need to remove all previous versions of the .net framework from the computer and then you will have to re - install on the computer.

  To remove all versions of .net frameworks of the computer download and run the .net Framework Cleanup Utility from the link below:

  Once you have deleted all the .net framework on the computer, restart the computer, and then run Windows Update s and it will start to install all updates to update .net framework.
